KnowBe4 has improved our security awareness culture in the workplace
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4's biggest benefit is its wide variety of content available in the mod store. From quizzes to short films, it is easy to have content that fits our specific departments and users. We use it frequently for monthly training that is easily integrated and implemented into our systems. KnowBe4 has great customer support that gets back to us quickly. We frequently use KnowBe4 for the training programs which are super helpful. We also use them for the community forums as well! The ease of integration is easy and foolproof.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about KnowBe4 is sometimes the site requires quite a bit of updates, so you may lose your work (e.g. on a template) inbetween sessions. Which isn't too bad since it's usually only minor losses that can easily be rewritten.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 has improved our Security Awareness culture through unique training programs that are setup by the administrator and success coaches at KnowBe4. We have made users far more aware of how to correctly spot spam, phishing, vishing, and other anomolies enter their inbox. This has helped us empower users to make informed decisions.
Very useful and recent training modules
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful are the training modules, the prepopulated templates and the functionality to use smart goups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime we need more specialized training modules such as just for long passwords or just for executives, which is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing our team and employess to stay alerted about phishing and other security risks and threats
Great IT Security Training Product and service
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness training uses real-world examples of Phishing emails to train my end-users. When we piloted KnowBe4, 14 of my 60 users failed the phishing test. Over the past year, we have run monthly tests, and the number of users who have clicked on a simulated phishing test has reduced dramatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there would be a way to determine the effects of a known phishing email attack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping educate my end-users on the risks that phishing emails bring to the company network.

What do you like best about the product?
You can assign training when a new user starts in the company. We can select the training we want them to do. You can assign multiple. Training are nice and easy to undertand.

There is a training "serie". It is well done and we want to view more. It is shopwing a lot of error a user can done: like leaving machine open, or opening a door to someone you don't know,. ..
Very Effective in getting employees aware of phishing emails
What do you like best about the product?
Videos are nice and engaging, not dry at all. No complaints about the modules themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost makes users overcautions which is still a good thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If we didn't have knowbe4 we would of had numberous breaches due to uninformed employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Can set up automated enrollment as users are added

Some of the training comes across like the people who put it together think the demographic is 4 year olds
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us raise our users awareness of security issues
Great service, easy to automate
What do you like best about the product?
We setup random phishing tests to be sent to our users every 2 weeks. KnowBe4 automatically selects scenarios that are commonly occuring at the current time, so the tests are always relevant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our users who aren't very technically saavy tend to have trouble accessing their library. It would be nice if the library was customizable per user so we could add specific training sessions to users who need it more so they know what they are required to focus on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The training keeps our users on their toes. It tells them if they passed the test and let's us add users who fail to grous for additional training automatically. Our users are becoming more aware of threats since we began using KnowBe4.
Great solution
What do you like best about the product?
Since we have switched to KnowBe4, the trainings have been well received by all of our employees. We also use the PhishER solution which has saved our IT Team time to work on other items that we have on our plate. Highly recommended solution

Honestly do not have anything negative about the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The solution is keeping our employees aware of ongoing situations that will help prevent any data breaches.

What do you like best about the product?
They get the content right every time regardless of what we're trying to train for. Additionally, our customer success representative has been nothing short of amazing throughout our time with KnowBe4.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really come up with anything negative about the security awareness training. We have been nothing but satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The awareness training is solving problems by educating our end users on topics they might not otherwise encounter until it's too late. The proactive way that we're training our users is preventing problems not only for our business, but in their personal lives as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set schedules to keep all employees on training and build out plans to add based on their level of knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing at this time that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continued education on all aspects that could impact our business. This tool allows us to continuely keep our employees educated and informed on ways to approach any security risks.
