What do you like best about the product?
Gives a very comprehensive overview of the scope of the training. The training is interactive and gives insight of security measures for users. Ease of use was positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very good product, don't really have anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide users with proper training to be aware of any phishing emails that may be delivered in their mailbox. This will allow them to know to flag emails and alert security of any malicious emails coming in.

What do you like best about the product?
It teaches non-technical users what to look for, so they can spot a scam and helps keep them from clicking on everything that comes into their inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Users whining when they need to watch a 3 min training video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fewer users clicking on bad links or responding to obvious scam emails.
This frees up tech time, so we can fix other issues.

What do you like best about the product?
the KnowBe4 SAT are easy for end users to access and use ,and takes the worry away from IT staff knowing where their users in the training..
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont alwaws have the time to setup p, but once done ,it's worth every second.
anything that helps end users become aware of their security surrondings, has no downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes users aware, and then they think before they click, simple as that.

The reporting side could use so work. Not easy to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
the interface is easy to use. You can target your trainging. It is ever evolving. You can set up training in advance to have a set it and forget it feel in order to not miss any months.
What do you dislike about the product?
set up should be a little easier. Better reporting.

that the training offerings are based on supscription tier. It would be great if each tier gave you access to all courses and mod store content.

there are a lot of theoretical videos and the questions are very common, maybe for users with little knowledge this can be difficult to understand.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setting up campaigns with automation built in is a time saver. The PhishER feature of analyzing reported emails also is a huge benefit to our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding users to existing and active campaigns tend to not auto notify those users of enrollment. They normally don't get a notification until a day later when the reminder notification activates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to the security awareness training, our users know to report any suspicious emails using the Phish Alert button, and anyone that fails a phish test will be enrolled into some training to help them identify potential threats in the future.

I think the training should be every sox months oppsed to once a year.

A Wonderful Security Awareness Tool

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the automation of security awareness training and simulated phishing tests. The training modules are also very good and informative. I also use PhishER to automate and respond to employee reported phishing emails. This frees up time for me and my team. PhishER is a very powerful and helpful tool. I run monthly phishing simulations and it keeps our employees' skills sharp.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about KnowBe4 is the reporting. Reporting has gotten much better over the last few years but can be hard to run the correct specific reports. I think this will improve over the next few years as they have already made very good progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our employees trained and know how to spot a phishing email. We also use the PhishAlert Icon and PhishER to report and automate phishing responses.
