Very user Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The training is up to date, direct to the subject matter. Short and concise training. IT can send trainings out, send out the spam test emails, and follow up with additional training. Customer support is AWESOME, they walk you through the entire process, as many times as needed. We use it monthly to test our users for spam. Super easy implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time for IT to learn how to use it. Time is limited. It is easy to integrate to any network. It Just has to take the time to learn how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making our users aware of the risks that are out in the world. How to avoid them, how to make sure our users stay safe in the cyber world
Poor experience, platform doesn't connect to essential security services for automated reporting
What do you like best about the product?
KB4 includes basic security traininig vids.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform doesn't connect to common and essential security services for automated reporting. This is very dissapointing, since automating onboarding and security training is essential to this type of platform. KB4's lack of integration with compliance tracking means that I have to manually check each week which employees have followed through on their mandatory training and then manually update that information in the compliance software. Isn't that the point of this platform? I've escalated that through support and to the highest levels of KB4 and it has been disregarded. My only recourse is to find a new provider.

Reports are not easy to customize to great details.

Full compliance with requlatory requirements of users continues training and testing

What do you like best about the product?
It''s easy to use. Just set it up and pretty much let it do it's thing. Easy to navigate the admin portal as well. Love the Phish Alert Button!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to think of at the moment. We've had a few feature requests but nothing that is a showstopper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the phishing campaigns which has really buttoned up our employee awareness. We went from a baseline of 40% and now hovering close to the industry address of 5.5%

Some trainings (like the ones with Kevin Mitnick) aren't voice-translated for other languages.

Deals with security awareness with very low involvement from IT Team.

Swiss army knife for cybersecurity training
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is, from our numbers, the most effective tool we have for improving our security stance outside of basic controls like MFA and a good email filter. Our phish prone percentage has dropped from 35% on easy templates down to 3-5% on seriously difficult templates. People are reporting phishing at a fantastic rate which lets us remediate nearly immediately. This is possible because you can easily set up phishing campaigns that precisely target your user's capabilities--you can choose to test them a bit harder or throw them a few softballs based on smart groups and the AIDA template selection feature.
There's way too many advanced goodies for me to fit in this review, but as a power user admin who focuses on security awareness training heavily, this has almost all the tools I need to make a super strong security culture.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's occasionally a few bugs or feature limitations that I run into mostly because I'm a power user. I also find there aren't enough short <4 min training modules focused on the content we want because training longer than 5 minutes isn't effective, yet that's the majority of the content on here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's actually a whole stack that we use that's super beneficial. It integrates nicely with the Phish Alert Button, which is a useful tool on its own, and PhishER for our phishing remediation. On its own, KMSAT is the best in the business at making simulated phishing campaigns both easy and effective. It allows tremendous control over traditional and non-traditional training methods as well outside of that. The results are very clear: a 10x decrease in phishing failures after a few years of implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
I wouldn't call it easy to implement, there are training materials to follow up on the different items, such as ad, and O365 integration. However, I was able to get support from customer support.

What do you like best about the product?
The videos are very helpful and easy to understand. It is one of the best training platforms I have ever trained on. The library feature added a lot of technical videos and that is helping me to protect from social enginering attacks.

Technical games can be improved. More technical training on Kevin

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is training my team to protect us from social engineering attacks, training us on password security, physical security, and a lot more. The phish alert button feature resolves our suspicious email reporting problem.
IT Security Training and Knowledge Verification
What do you like best about the product?
I love the library of videos, newsletters, and other training materials. There is enough variety and the team there keeps on the ball with trending issues, so I've always had something available to reinforce and remind good IT security practices with our team; something I like doing at least monthly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The communication side (KnowBe4 portal to end users) of things could use a little help, I ended up creating my own HTML email templates that I brought into the system and use for my notification templates, but the stock system is pretty barebones and a little phishy itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training and knowledge of current threats is key, corporate data and device security is everyone's assignment not just IT's. This set of tools better allows me to train, test, and encourage our users; it also shows me empirically the users that need the most help and further training and who currently pose the greatest risk.
