A delightful experience

What do you like best about the product?
The videos and trainings have already been created for us so it allows us to easily parent up to date and relevant content to our employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently haven't encounter any problems with the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our employees up to date on their security training and helping them to understand the dangers in new software and processes.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of sending training, simulated phishing and reporting all make KB4 the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst part of KB4 is testing the links or new beta features when they aren't fully ready to be used with end users. I always have exciting new features to try but I cannot fully roll them out some of the time!

What do you like best about the product?
The know before testing is intuitive and it's productive. My employees have grown leaps and bounds using no before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that I really dislike anything but maybe some more interactive gaming for the tests

It's made it easier for employees to actually identify problems.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy platform to navigate and issue training to employees of the company, track progress and show the growth in overall security awareness proficiency of all members of the team
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of it is repetitive/generic, and not super current to trends in the market, or is too generic to always be useful for specific industries (ex. Financial Services)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phishing awareness traning, ensuring staff is aware of the potential risks they face and how they should act when faced with risky scenarios

The October month content was great!
What do you dislike about the product?
The app should be a bit easier to sign into, perhaps add an MFA option so they don't have to log into work first, before being able to download the app?

More recent content so I don't duplicate training
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowledge awareness that users can also use at home as well.. looking for red flags.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. It is user friendly to both the end user and the admins.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything thus far that I don't like. It's great you can clone the trainings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving keeping our organization safe and benefiting the ease of use for me of training my end users.

What do you like best about the product?
The real world examples and real life videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most our done in a Bristh accent and some seems to be too playful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have any issues right now, bur I do like to be able to call support when I do. They have always been very helpful.

Educating your team the fun way!

What do you like best about the product?
Emplloyee's actually like it. Compared the others in the market KnowBe4 created a eduaction tool that gives your team a teaching tool that will help your employees and not just be another thing they need to get out of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nor much to dislike here. Of course pricing could be better but you get what you pay for as they say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance and Employee education. Less clicks less chance of breach. Its that simple.

What do you like best about the product?
Scorm compliant and ties in phishing, training, and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) No ability for tracks. Let me create a privacy track which is a collection of selected privacy training modules, and then I can assign that track to multiple groups.
2) Better linking across campaigns. If 1 group has a campaign with a specific module, and then one of those people (who took the training) moves to a different department which has a different campaign (but with that same specific module), a new campaign won't recognize that user already took that training module, so he/she has to take it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tailor training to risk - new hires, executives, phish clickers, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 provide a rich, deep set of security (and other) training options and automated testing features that have evolved with our company and, more importantly, ever-changing cybersecurity risks. We use KnowBe4 all the time for our training programs and automated phish testing, and find the overall administration to be intuitive. We have also been very happy with customer support in the rare cases where we've needed it!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be hard to search/manage the training ("mod") library for courses. It would also be nice to have additional customization/branding options for courses beyond what is currently supported. User management can be a little tedious when not integrated with a directory provider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to provide annual security and sexual harrassment training for our employees and contractors. We also need to provide simultated phishing exercises to help our team prepare for real threats. KnowBe4 provides a rich framework and training content to support all of these needs.
