We have platinum packet and it really help the employees to be aware

Caption awarenss training was helpful for us

We don't have enough content. The training content of everey training is mostly the same

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it helps people become more aware of the security risks that are around us all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike KnowBe4 per se. I guess one thing I would dislike is the price. For example we only have 30 employees, but we couldn't get phishER for less than 100. Or maybe it was security coach. I will have to look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KB4 is helping staff be better prepared to resist the threats that come in the cyber door. We also need KB4, because it's a pré-requisite for Cyber Liability Insurance.
Phenomenal Security Education Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the variety of methods end users can interact and complete their mandatory training. From games to mobile first options, it's been a huge jump in positive feedback and user interaction. And with a robust library, users who would like, can further their security awareness education.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything I dislike as of now with the education platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is helping my company solve the human element of security and greatly helping our users have a higher security awareness when interacting with emails, and other methods of phishing.

Easy to setup for testing and users love it, especially The Inside Man series.

Nothing bad to say, keep growing the platform!

What do you like best about the product?
My favorit thing that I love about KB4 is their top-notch security awareness training modules. They make the learning experience so fun and exciting and they have really nailed it when it comes to keeping employees engaged while learning something and retaining what they learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports. They need better reports for CIOs and BODs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teaching our employees what to look for so they don't fall for the phish.
The best training EVER....
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up as a trainer for my 3000 users. Love how flexible and engaging the training can be.

Nothing. KnowBe4 has met all of our needs.

Helping to secure data in my organization.
Easy and Informative
What do you like best about the product?
I think the training that KnowBe4 offers is easy to use and very informative for my users. And the content stays fresh and relevant. There is also a great variety of training types to suit different learners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to find the specific content I am looking for. And sharing it with other team members for review requires creating a test training campaign.

It is solving our problem for required annual training.

What do you like best about the product?
There are varied topics that I can choose from, download and add to our LMS system. Topics are relevant and change/update
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much content. As a customer, There has only been me. I now have a team, but need to train them. This is more a me issue, than an actual issue with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing phishing simulations for employees. We have been using for 5 years. Our insurance is now asking us about the training. We can truthfully say we are using training for employees and tracking and following up with the employees. This is one tool, along with other education.
