Practical and Engaging Security Training with Real-World Examples
What do you like best about the product?
I like how KnowBe4 makes security training practical and engaging. The real-world examples and frequent updates keep it relevant and easy to apply.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the training can feel a bit repetitive, especially if you've gone through similar training before. A bit more variety or adaptive content based on experience level would make it more engaging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is helping solve the problem of human error in cybersecurity, especially around phishing, social engineering, and poor password hygiene. By raising awareness and reinforcing good habits through regular training, it has helped our company reduce the risk of compromise by better educating users on what to look out for.
Great Multilingual Content, Intuitive interface
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple languages, fun videoclips. The Inside Man would be something for Netflix. Both an app as well as website access exists. Reminders can be set up easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if we could upload / use our own videos, to make some trainings more company specific.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users have become much more aware of the threats of phishing and other forms of cybercrime
Great Features and Content, but Integration and Editing Long Trainings Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The training platform offers a wide range of features. Our primary use is for training and phishing simulations. It supplies a large selection of awareness materials and phishing templates, many of which are regularly updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Google Workspace is not very smooth, and customizing notifications takes more effort than expected. Uploading your own content is straightforward if the material is short, but it becomes cumbersome with longer content. Any changes you make to a lengthy training require a complete review of the entire session. For short trainings, this isn't much of an issue, but if your training lasts 45 minutes, even a minor update means you have to review the full 45 minutes in addition to adjusting the training settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance with legal requirements, Security standards and customer security agreements requiring training as well as phishing drills.
User-Friendly with Helpful Videos, but Pricing and Modules Could Be Simpler
What do you like best about the product?
The product is user-friendly and comes with detailed videos that make it easy to understand. I found the implementation process straightforward, especially since adding users via a CSV file was simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing and the various modules in the product can be a bit overwhelming. It would be much better if there were a simpler module available.

Providing training to all employees helps raise awareness and ensures that attendance can be effectively tracked.
Efficient Phishing Training, but Users Rarely Use Report Button
What do you like best about the product?
The phishing email training can now be conducted efficiently, and it's great that we can review the training results.
What do you dislike about the product?
We often receive direct inquiries from users, and they tend not to click the "Report Suspicious Email" button.

What I appreciate most is that the platform offers a wide range of modules focused on training and explaining concepts in practical ways. I also like that it doesn't allow you to skip the video recordings, ensuring that you actually watch them, since the questions are based solely on the content covered in those videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the training videos tend to feel a bit lengthy or repetitive, especially if you have already been using the platform for some time. Additionally, I think the user interface could be improved to be more interactive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 has been instrumental in addressing one of our greatest vulnerabilities: human error. Since implementing it, we've seen a noticeable increase in overall awareness among our team, and the number of phishing clicks has dropped significantly. The platform streamlines the process of keeping everyone informed and vigilant, all without making it seem like an added burden.

The platform offers a wide range of security awareness modules and simulations. We often receive phishing test emails, and if we happen to click on them by mistake, we are automatically assigned the relevant training through KnowBe4. Navigating the platform is straightforward, and the content is updated regularly. I also appreciate that the dashboard clearly displays how many trainings I still need to complete.

For users who have been using it for some time, certain content may start to feel repetitive. Additionally, when compared to similar products, the user interface is rather basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps me recognize the types of cyber threats that could cause losses to the company as a result of common mistakes we often make. It also plays a role in minimizing human errors in the field of cybersecurity by educating users about these potential threats.

1. The cost of large organization can be high depending upon the users count.

KnowBe4 Platform is a go to platform for our organization for all the security related trainings in all the domains such as AI, Cybersecurity, Product development and more. Our teams are using it on a regular basis to strengthen their expertise to maintain our application secure and safe for our end users.

Very good application for the training purposes

The UI is very user friendly . Also the training content is very straight forward
