What do you like best about the product?
relevance of content to the workplace along with diversity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customizability of content to better fit my environment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting my users up to date with current security practices and methods to help protect them.
I find the content great. The CSM's are awesome as well.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of which to set it up. The training is easy for my staff to complete, but it is relevent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything other than I wish hthere was a better way to hold people accountable for not doing their training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think that the training is opening the eyes of my company. Users are beng more cautios and it has helped us identify issues as well as avoid problems.
Good product
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 offers a vast array of training topics, and have themed modules. I like that there are multiple training choices for most topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current admin intrrface is a little clunky and difficult to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently focusing on phishing and BEC very heavily. KnowBe4 helps us train users in what to look for within emails to not only protect themselves, but also our organization.
Best solution for Security Awareness Training and Simulated Phish Testing
What do you like best about the product?
As a reseller, integrator, and actual end user of the KnowBe4 solution, we are pleased with the solution's features, capabilities, and more. There are many other solutions on the market, but they're all apples to KnowBe4's orange. KnowBe4 wins in all categories.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. The only dislike would be not having enough time to experience every single piece of training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary benefit is the continuous building of the Human Firewall. Users are much more aware of the click-roundings...
A great way to train users without having to be the face for IT.
What do you like best about the product?
It runs in the background while I complete the numerous other daily tasks I have. It's one less thing to worry about, but it's super important.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of alerts I receive is a bit much, but I'm sure that's something I haven't had the time to investigate (user-error).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's alerting users to phishing emails and has already made a difference in how many users are reporting emails.

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful is the ability to have diverse content for our organization and the support from the KnowBe4 team. Every step of the way, someone is willing to provide guidance and support as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the downside is the reporting capabilities. I would like to be able to combine multiple reports together based on the multiple camping we usually have running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a security training provider to help with training building, content creation, and phishing simulations. By using these, we can measure and understand some parts of human risk.

Force Multiplier
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4's security awareness training is a force multiplier. It allows a small team to streamline and automate security training requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the organization, the cost can be prohibitive (e.g. you have thousands for "front line" users)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us maintain compliance with our onboarding and annual training requirements.
Easy and Fluid
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how quick and easy it is to creat and organize users. Same goes with creating Phishing and Awareness training campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult setting up campaign notifications. I would love to see the ability to assign notifications on a more granular level, especially to Admins. Not all my admins need to see every notofoaction that is sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly bringin awaraness to the threat that phishing and social engineering has on everyday users.
