Increasing the lack of awareness in my employee base and executives

Educates our employees on what is going on in the cyber world and how to protect our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many downsides, getting rid of Second Chance is the only thing I can think of. But I understand the reasoning behind it.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been kb4 customer for a very long time. We enjoy the progression of the product. Also our customers have also enjoyed (weird) the use of KB4. So keep going keep innovating.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. But I'm sure if innovation slows or stops you'll certainly hear about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email awerness, we've seen our customers be more aware what they're receiving.

We love the training modules within KB4 SAT. We are hoping to see more smaller/shorter video based modules at the Platinum tier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of short content at lower tier, would like to see more 1 minute clips.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training employees about different cybersecurity topics.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the wide range of phishing campaigns that can be sent out to end users. There are so many different categories of topics!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way that admins can be sent a reminder email before a simulated phishing campaign is sent out to their end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to test our end users on the latest security risks and threats. The modstore has so many fun videos that we use to send to our end users.
Security awareness is key these days!
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 makes it easy to automatically send out security awareness emails and tests so I don't have to figure out what we should send everybody by myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting it up takes time, and we do need to change the content regularly, and make sure it keeps working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps make users aware of emails to look out for, and how tricky they can be.
Great tool to help train employees
What do you like best about the product?
As an administrator I find it easy to setup campaigns to help train employees on what to look out for when a suspicous email comes in. I like that it has many options and have even found some of our IT staff have fallen to clicking on phishing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's lots to learn and things that don't get used in our environment. That's more on us for not having the time. Some users complain about the emails they receive when they don't complete a training but that's also a good thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me understand what types of emails and which users will click on certain things. This allows us to send out periodic updates to our staff so they are aware of new threats that could impact our network.
Learning the Ins-Outs of KnowB4
What do you like best about the product?
It is quick, easy to understand and readily available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know, we haven't used it long enough nor have I played with it long enough to know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been helpful for our end users to spot, identify phishing emails.
Excellent Product
What do you like best about the product?
There is a vast amount of training modules to choose from, and setting the trainings up is easy and quick to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the options are not explained well, so I'm unsure how to implement them or even if I should/can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users clicking on bad links, forwarding bad emails, responding to phishing attempts. These issues are being addressed in our trainings and have shown a nice improvement in our end users ability to discern a bad email and what they should be doing with it.
