SAPA
What do you like best about the product?
Training videos, security assessments, phishing tests/games.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't give the person taking the assessment their score/results. They have to inquire with the local admin that created the SAPA for the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preventing ransomware and malware launches.

What do you like best about the product?
Smart Group functionality

What do you dislike about the product?
1. The lack of visability to the question pool for the assessments.
It makes it hard to answer support questions. Last support question on the assessment, I had to take the assessment 5 times to get the exact question and applicable answers to fully respond to the users question.
It also makes it hard no being able to answer question from users when we have no idea as an Admin or the CyberSecurity team what the answers are from KnowBe4, especially where they might conflict with our companies security policies. Thus we'd be giving our employees an incorrect response.
2. Reports that are not flatted by employee for all training. E.g. One row per employee, now I have to do a ton of v-lookups to flatten out the data per employee for reporting and metrics to get a full picture/metrics. We consider the assessment and associated auto enrolled training as one training assignment, where they are link together via Smart Groups.
3. The ability to show training status by Manager, assign or remove by manager.
4. The lack of creating a managment hierarchy ability in the platform. Many upper level managers want reporting for their entire org, not just their high level direct reports.
5. The ability to configure the manager dashboard and/or widgets, especially around PhishAlert, which we currently do not use. The ability to select a date range or other type filtering.
6. The ability to set sort order, column order on report displaying and downloading. I use this data to upload to PowerBI for reporting and I have to reconfigure that data output every time I have to refresh the data.
7. Search data saved in groups, training, etc so that when you go back to the original page, you do not have to search all over again every time.

What do you like best about the product?
The trainings focus on real world scenarios employees might encounter. The modules are interactive and there is a massive library.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. Some users don't like the longer trainings but I don't mind them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are tackling the issue of phishing attacks. When employees are more aware, they aren't clicking on everything they see. This protects the company data, financial information, and passwords
Good Seasoning, but Needs More Spice
What do you like best about the product?
The training courses give a good overview of the potential threats that come from a variety of sources such as e-mail, texting, and web habits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The courses do seem to be repetitive from year to year. They are updated to an extent, but sometimes you feel that it's the same thing over and over again without much variety.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been ransomed in the past and believe that it was caused by someone clicking on a bad e-mail. KB4 brings awareness for better personal habits regarding unsolicited e-mails and web browsing.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to conduct phishing campaigns internally. This helps identify vulnerable areas and provides targeted training for improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited customization options to tailor the training content to my organization’s specific needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training helps my organization mitigate security risks, improve employee awareness, and create a security-conscious culture. Its comprehensive content, engaging approach, and data-driven insights contribute to better cybersecurity practices.
Excellent prodect made by an excellent company
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple the KnowBe4 console is to configure and use. I also like how ttentive the company is and how helpful their reps are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish KnowBe4 would make more of their content customizable. I also wish it woul dbe easier to create and upload custom modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KB4's Security Awareness training allows us to easily educat eour users about security awareness through training and simulated phshing campaigns.
Cybersecurity Training That Truly Engages Its Audience
What do you like best about the product?
I have been through many online training programs but none compare to the KnowBe4 training module. They videos are fun and educational and they really engage our employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything in particular
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They provide a streamlined training module that works for all of our employees in different fields.
The Alternative to Having Your People Sit in a Lunch-and-learn Every Day
What do you like best about the product?
If my management had its way, they'd like me to conduct an anti-Phishing class every single day, or better yet, just take away everyone's computer and e-mail. KnowBe4 SAT is a clever, effective, fun way to provide our troops a steady stream of cyber security consciousness without seeming intrusive or tiresome. Our more competitive folks enjoy scoring high in their training scores, and the Type-Bs amongst us are appreciative to receive the guidance they need without feeling overwhelmed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is human nature for people to get out of sorts when we end up on the bottom of the list, or when we get a failing grade. On one hand, it's a repurcussion of not paying attention or not being able to digest training, and it falls to the recipient to focus when engaging in the remedial steps that follow failures on the SAT. The modules themselves are not to blame for the lack of anomymity in a company as small as ours, it just seems like it is geared more for bigger firms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A failure to accurate assess a Spear Phishing email caused a ransomware incident here in 2022. Users were provided an annual training course but obviously the message and the practice of having to engage in informative material would dissipate as time went on. The SAT keeps cyber security fresh in mind.

The training is customizable to your organization and you're able to provide a lot of different topics for training.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really any dislikes with the training.

It helps educate the company user group in security and increase the organization's security culture
A huge improvement
What do you like best about the product?
This awareness training program and campaigns literate our users immensely. They are getting smarter and smarter time to time to manage and recognize the spam emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I don't see anything dislike about the training. It is a big plus in security literacy for the company.

It spreads the awareness in our users about how to stop getting hacked from evil doers.
