What do you like best about the product?
Variety of available training and the ability customize the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Industry Phish-prone% is not more specifically compariable to my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teachng our employees to not open the wrong emails. This is protecting our network from bad actors infilltrating our network.
Excellent material and products.

Excellent material. Can find something on just about any security related topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still getting some phishing test emails getting caught in the email filters even though the whitelisted entries are there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teaching and testing the users on all security related materials.

The platform offers a wealth of high quality training materials on a variety of topics, plus allows the ability to upload our own content.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about the training materials.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, support is exceptional, community resources is great. Templates are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting and metrics leave a lot to be desired, I have written my own formulas in excel to see stats to rate our company's performance and weak points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assisting with security awareness and teaching red flags for common phishing attacks. Teaching company that they work with IT Security in reporting suspicious emails
Great tool to improve security awareness!
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of set up and the volume of training materials is really helpful. Delivery and follow up automation helps reduce the time I need to spend on training while increasing security awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts are more deficult to navigate. For example, creating new notification templates. When I want a new template that is similar to an existing one, it would be great if I could just create a clone or copy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In addition to reducing risk by training staff to recognize phishing emails, being able to deliver a variety of training to meet changing compliance needs.

The fact that it's managed from the portal and everything is self-contained there.

I wish there was an easier way to include my own quiz material without having to be a SCORM expert.

Regular security awareness training and monitoring of those participating.

The ease of setting up phishing and training campaignsm
What do you dislike about the product?
User management is based on a unique username and not a SID. Causes issues with new onboarding staff receiving old training information for an exited employee with same user names. The reporting schedules lacks subject line configuration and attaching the reports to the email notifications. Working with the API to accomplish this instead is tedious.

My management not understanding that we need to move faster on this matter.

Making users realize that even though they think they know how not to get phished, they actually are far from knowing what hishing means. It's not just the rich african prince email anymore.
Good, but some improvements need made.

Automated reminders, to admins and users/managers.

Need more templates and landing pages. Many of your templates are outdated.

None that I'm aware of nor used.

The training content is superb, but there is room for improvement

Reporting, Web design and uniformiry, ADI and SCIM should be easier to implement, development team is slower than most, customer support is limited.
