What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training stands out for its interactive and engaging approach, making learning about cybersecurity enjoyable and effective. Its comprehensive content covers a wide range of topics, equipping users with practical knowledge to defend against cyber threats

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
to conduct cybersecurity-related training to the employee in an fintech organization
Overall good, but there are some issues with fit and flexibility.

Breadth of training and ease of delivery.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training can only go through a single level of escalation (to the supervisor). I've asked in multiple years now for at least one or two additional levels be added, but nothing. This causes me a major headache every time we do annual training. I have to manually dump the list of incompletes, filter then by department, college, and division depending on which level I am sending notifications to and then copy and paste the lists into emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides State of Texas certified training. Compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
We emphasize that security is a collective responsibility, and we prioritize it from the onset. As part of our new user onboarding process, Security Awareness training is included on day 1, and it's also a mandatory annual requirement. We utilize Knowbe4's training modules, which are engaging, current, and accessible to all staff levels. This valuable resource helps us maintain a secure organization and ensures our employees are well-informed and empowered to contribute to our safety.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping employees up to date of the latest threats and access to the latest tools to combat cybercriminals.

What do you like best about the product?
lot of useless content which one can not utilise
What do you dislike about the product?
not very encouraging feedback from user community. very limited content access on my subscription. There is hardly any variation avaailable. There is NO support/QBR with OEM for feedback. No feedback is taken and improvised. Even peer in the market have same feedback about the product

Easy to complete and convenient to locate the training.

Some videos are in the Kings english and not standard english.

The training helps us forfill compliance requirements.
Good at first, years ago
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and general functionaility makes oit simple to use and get going. Our account team has been great and super responsive to our requests and needs. Support response has been pretty good too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Over time this product has begun to perform so slowly. This occurs multiple times per week, on different networks across the country, on different systems and browsers. We also begun to see bugs and times when the system has been done or wouldn't create campaigns.

The need for a Cyber driven LMS.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to report on simulated phishing emails and offer training to those who need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service has gone downhill in recent years. I'm not even certain of her my customer support person is right now. In addition, I will run reports and know I am not receiving all the information -- info has become kludgy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting those who click on Phish Alert button are generally easy, but if they don't, reported emails often get caught in Microsoft Defender, where I need to go manually add them in. With the automated (KnowBe4) and manual (Defender) reports, I am able to offer relatively good statistics to upper management.
Solid training system that continues to evolve as threats evolve.
What do you like best about the product?
Their support is top notch and usually get back to me with a workable response...even if what I'm trying to do is outside of the systems functionality scope.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the quizzes used at the end of the modules are not as accurate as they could be or there is ambiguity with the possible answers.

User awarness of threats coming into the environment.

What do you like best about the product?
It stays current and it is broad. It follows best practices that make it easier to align to company policies that reflect ISO, NIST and CMMC.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a little disjointed. It is not 100% logically laid out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CMMC compliance and user resiliance around cyber threats. Also, with PhishRIP, allows a good dovetail with our existing, overlapping security tools.
