Happy with this service
What do you like best about the product?
It is comprehensive and there are many different types of trainings available to chose from.

The playform can be difficult to navigate

Phishing emails!
Extremely Valuable Tool For All Employees
What do you like best about the product?
Content is entertaining and engaging. Security Awareness Training in this day in age is essential and I would highly recommend KnowBe4.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had an issue with a few false positive tests. Support did however help us with this problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting employees to think before they click is a challenge and KnowBe4 has done a great jobe educating our staff of the importance of Security Awareness.
Well worth it
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it was to onboard. I have probably brought in multiple companies over Reddit because I always share how easy the onboarding was.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing. Does exactly what I need it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User awareness. My users don't even understand what could happen and the seriousness of it all. They are now scared to click on links (finally) and are always questioning if it is a test email.
Know Be 4 provides a library of knowledge that has been educational and enjoyable for our users.
What do you like best about the product?
The phishing campaigns. We send out monthly phishing campaigns and it allows us to analyze our users skills to spot a malicious email and to target users who fail to help them through additional training. Since our baseline test, we have dropped 2% in our phish prone percentage. We also use this in conjunction with the PAB and it has been great for users. Know Be 4 is now a part of our company culture.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing in KnowBe4 is certain aspects of the console. The reports are kind of bulky and confusing and it takes a lot of time to get it to show what you want. I also get that we don't have the top subscription, but we do pay a lot for this software and I think that level 2's content could be bumped up a little.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New CJIS regulations mandate scheduled secuirty awareness training for users. KnowBe4 is helping us fulfill that requirement in a fun and interactive way.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy user connection between Azure (Entra) and KnowBe4.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really stands out as a disklike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is allowing our organization to train everyone regularlly and consistently all while tracking results with very little effort
Effective and Easy to Taylor to Our Needs
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to create the content we want our user to focus on learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were a bit easier to setup a new user and enroll them in the same screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped tremendously with phishing email training. We also have noticed getting work email on cell phones is the biggest culprit so we asked users when in doubt don't click when checking email on the phone. Wait to look it over once at your computer. Then you can hover your mouse over the hyperlink and see more detail. There is no way to hover a mouse over the link on cell phone screen.
Easy to setup, great templates, amazing support!

User management and setup for training is easy. You can setup automatic training and phishing tests with various levels of difficulty. highly recommend

Nothing so far. Smooth for the first 2 years.

Training users and simluating phishing emails to test our users training.

The engaging training and practical content has kept our employees both interested and engaged, while increasing their knowledge and the safety of our organization and information security.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything. Truly value the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our employees had been completely unaware of phishing and readily clicking on harmful links and responding to phishing attempts. We were breached on numerous occasions. Our breaches has completely stopped to date and our employees have gotten much more skilled in spotting phishing emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of options when it comes to training, analytics are very easy to see and easy to set up campaigns and send reminders to any users who have not completed training. Smart groups make it easy to set up campaigns for new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Arguably too many options when it comes to the training (can be seen as both positive and negative) making it hard to sample what may be best at one time for a business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assisting with the teachings of proper email usage and the ability to spot the red flags within potential spam emails.
Engaging and effective
What do you like best about the product?
The videos are short, but clear and effective. Through tests and reporting, objective data on improvements can be presented to management.

Sometimes, the agent that synchronizes users with active directory, crashes, but we have a rather complicated setup with different domains in different forests
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Train users to recognize phishing themselves, avoiding opening malicious emails and avoiding clogging up the IT office with requests for suspicious emails.
