Nice interactive training that works!
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps the users attention and covers actual topics that are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had zero issues with the training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that it covers some things that others would consider common sense. It is a nice reminder and helps keep the end users alert to the common attempts to get past security.
KnowBe4 Security Awareness is something you can't go without
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy, it's fast, and it's affordable. Most importantly, in the world scams are running rampant and the best way to combat them effectively is awareness. You have to always be on gaurd and KnowBe4 is the perfect tool for sharpening your weapons against scammers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Trainings are a little obvious, but it's still important because what's obvious to you may not be obvious to the next person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stopping scams, saving us money.
Well known and works with O365.

We use the training and testing, seems ok.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email fishing is constantly evolving, and testing needs to evolve as well. Maybe use some AI and get better tests.

Training people on how to identify phishing emails. Not click links. And report to help desk.

What do you like best about the product?
The training videos are entertaining, informative and short. It is easy to get the staff to watch the videos without interrupting their daily tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see some live training periodically.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to provide continuous security training, along with the ability to test users and gage their level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some content seems dated or not applicable to us.

It keeps users up to date on security threats.
Great Real World Example
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has examples from the real world. It really shows users how a possible phish email would look.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the emails are tricky. I'm not sure if the system scans emails or what, but a lot more times than feels like coincidence the email will relate to current exchanges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me all the information and training needed with minimal effort on my end.
Great solution, still evaluating long term value
What do you like best about the product?
This has been a very helpful tool for evaluating our risk of breach from our first line defence, our users. I was not part of the implementation team, but the support team was very helpful in helping us get it setup in a way that gave us accurate information. It does exactly what it's designed to do in a simple and easy to use way!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure how valuable this tool will be in the longer term, it is helpful for understanding current state but it doesn't do anything for actually protecting us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't know how sucesptible our team was to being tricked and compromised, this tool gave us those insights to take action on.
KnowBe4 makes training and testing very simple
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to setup dynamic groups to auto-enroll users into training saves a lot of time and energy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there were more items in the library, but it does expand with time. Not really a dislike, just a wishlist item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a simple way to test users and track their progress. This is the leader.
One of the best security awareness training programs out there
What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable the training campaigns can be. If it were up to me, my company would run a lot more trainings every year.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to get employees to do the trainings, so sometimes I wish there was a little more incentive to get them to do them and take them seriously. Expressing the severity of careless actions along with the potential outcomes from them could help people realize the importance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reminding users to be cautious of what links and emails they're clicking on when trying to work quickly. Having a few phishing campaigns a year reminds people that they need to tread carefully and that the firewalls don't catch everything.
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
The helpful staff and the sdvanced security awareness testing tools provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
Phisher can't detect phishing emails where the senders change a few letters on each email so they can't be detected by a search for similar emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the knowledge gap our users have under cybersecurity.
