We started using KnowBe4 when we began our ISO 27001 program and never looked back

What do you like best about the product?
There are lots of good topics in the KnowBe4 "modstore" on the various topics and levels. We choose general topics such as password security and phishing awareness for all staff. We can also select more in-depth training for the development team.
Users have given positive feedback such as the ease of understanding the material and duration of the topic. Just recently, we selected a very short session on Passwords (under 10 minutes) which was very positively received.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two things sometimes bother me, both in the modstore where they have all the material.
1. It is sometimes hard to find things, I searched for "quishing" recently with no success.
2. It can be hard to find training that meets our needs if we are looking for something general and not covered recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to ensure that our staff is up to date on security issues, KnowBe4 fulfills that need very well.
This year we were able to integrate KnowBe4 to A-SCEND and upload the required information to prove security training to our ISO 27001 auditor with just the click of a button. Very nice ability.

Accessible to novices yet insightful for cybersecurity experts, catering to all levels of knowledge
What do you dislike about the product?
For some users, especially those new to cybersecurity training platforms, the user interface of KnowBe4 may initially seem complex or overwhelming, requiring time to become familiar with its features and functionalities.

While KnowBe4's phishing simulation is a valuable tool for training, some users may find it challenging to create realistic phishing scenarios or may encounter difficulties in customizing simulations to their specific needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping users understand the importance of malicious emails and following links to things that are not company sponsored

What do you like best about the product?
The trainings are interactive and very easy to understand. KnowBe4 stays fresh in content and relative to the modern times.
What do you dislike about the product?
The administrative area has a bit of customizing bugs/quirks that can cause a few campaign issues here and there. The user interface for administrators would do well with a wizard to help better navigate the setup of users, campaigns, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m pleased to share that employees’ awareness of the risks out there has significantly increased. Previously, there was confusion among staff when they encountered spam calls, phishing emails, or suspicious text messages. However, this situation has now shifted, and our workers approach these challenges with confidence.

Upsides are new materials regularly. Instant notification to end-users when using PhishAlert.

paying more for a hight subscription level for additional training courses

What do you like best about the product?
Using scenarios that exist in the wild to help users detect possible phishing or scam attempts. A lot of different topics to choose from. Very easy to get training out there to the users and making sure they complete it. Support is pretty helpful in providing direction for problems. Creating groups is easy and a great way to separate departments, skill levels, etc so they are provided with the best infomration they can get.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to separate phishing emails and phishing phone calls into different categories, but cannot

Helping our users understand the different threats and attacks in the online world, and ways they can report them and keep their and the companies info safe.

What do you like best about the product?
The phishing campaigns - configuiring them to be revolving has helped streamline the campaigns throughout our organization. Users quickly adapt to these emails and can identify them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a handful of features that we do not utilize, so I cannot speak on them, however eventually we would like to use more of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps us be within compliance for things like cyber insurance. It is also great to help educate our users about real world cyber threats and how to be aware of them. We noticed an uptick in reported phishing emails once these trainings began, and continue to see improvement in security from end users.

What do you like best about the product?
They have provided us with white glove service in both the initial set up as well as all on-going support in additional training set-up. Their site is relatively easy to navigate with multiple and engaging offerings used for training, charts and reports available to easily identify weaknesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have used KnowB4 for 4 years or more and not found anything we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to provide security awareness training to all of our employees, including new hires, in a very effective manner.

What do you like best about the product?
The variety of courses is impressive, and the quality of the content is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There needs to be a tier of coursework that corresponds to using the AIDA templates. They're really great templates, but the training for those orgs needs to result in enhanced awareness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The videos are short but effective. Thye are engaging and have made users stop and think before clicking. Very easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
We create users in our system a week or two before they begin. KnowBe4 is already sending late notices for videos the day they start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users are more cautious click on emails and links. This has reduced our chances of bringing a virus into the system dramatically.
