What Every Bank Needs
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and user friendly interface makes everything seamless. They are always adding more the to the platform and the new AIDA has been awesome. We have gotten compliments from employees that not only does this help them in the work environment but also has protect them from personal life situation.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not had any complaints. When a feature is missing they are using working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In banking, safeguarding our digital assets is critical. The training has provided a valuable tool where employees are more comfortable reacting to an email. The increase in knowledge from lower level employees to executive level has been drastic.
Eye Opener
What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty eye opening to see how much people really don't know about cyber security. I am working to train my staff and KnowBe4 has been a huge help.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to choose one thing it would be the amount of emails I get from them for upgrading our account.

How gulible my staff are to cyber scams!

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has been instrumental in our organization's cybersecurity efforts. It has facilitated regular training sessions for our staff, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to identify and mitigate security threats effectively. As a result, we have significantly reduced the risk of falling victim to phishing attacks and ransomware. The training program has empowered our team to recognize potential threats and take proactive measures to safeguard our organization's data and systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our subcsription has not a lot of vdieo training materials. SOmetimes, I end up assigning repeat training materials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phishing training for our employees

What do you like best about the product?
The breadth of material and tools available makes KnowBe4 a comprehensive Security Awareness Training and Reporting tool. Support from my rep has been excellent and ongoing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes to report at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that our employees are aware (and consistently reminded) of the variety of security threats has been the greatest benefit. Phishing tests are a great complement to the training pieces.
Great training and awareness platform
What do you like best about the product?
The constant update of content as well as the vast different types of training. Support has been great, though I haven't really required it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to export other content, minus videos, to an external LMS platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing awareness to all of our users on the importance of staying alert when receiving emails.

There are no cons as of right now, been using knownBe4 for about 3 years and its been super smooth

It brings to light how important it is to be aware of all surroundings to be safe and secure.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and to deploy to our end users, and I like how you can do short trainings that take 5-10 minutes a month instead of longer trainings. I also like how easy it is to implement and KnowBe4 support is great. We roll out trainings once a month.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, the product is pretty great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The training aspect has been great and it helps us reduce the amount of time we need to spend training our users.

What do you like best about the product?
Phishing Simulation and real-life scenarios email to train our employees. Easy integration and implementation and friendly support.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not complicated, however, the admin portal may be more user-friendly for navigating the latest campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is training employees to recognize and be careful with phishing attempts to protect businesses and their sensitive information and assets. It ensures that employees understand the importance of cybersecurity and their role in maintaining it. It helps cultivate a security-conscious culture where employees prioritize and practice good cybersecurity habits.
Excellent Security Awareness Training
What do you like best about the product?
I love that KnowBe4 has a broad enough scope to get us specific HIPPAA training for those complex compliance topics, and great variety of trainng options for all our network security needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many options to choose from it gets overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All users get trainng on many subjects.
Great modern way to get employees interested in their part of email security.

up to date descriptions about terms and best practices for email security and general awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
The unfortunate merge of sci-fi to reality, can make some of the series more drama based and not generally relatable to most people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being more aware of emails that come in and the potential to "know before"; giving an employee the power to prevent common threats.
