Great resource for increasing user awareness of threats
What do you like best about the product?
The training content is very interactive and well done, keeps it interesting for users. It is easy to use and track from the admin portal to ensure everyone is keeping up to date with their training and not failing click tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment, it has been a positive additional to our security suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring our users are aware of threats that come their way. We have a lot of automated systems but they are the last line of defense if anything does get through, this training keeps them alert on what to look out for.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the wide range of topics available, which helps keep our team up to date with the latest security trends. The variety of content formats, including videos, games, questions, and video series, ensures that users remain focused and engaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the content can be a bit lengthy. We prefer to keep training sessions to a maximum of 10 minutes to maintain user engagement and effectiveness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training helps address the critical issue of cybersecurity threats by educating our team on the latest security trends and best practices. This training reduces the risk of security breaches by enhancing our employees' awareness and vigilance. As a result, we experience fewer security incidents, which helps protect our sensitive data and maintain our company's reputation.
Very descriptive and intuitive system that can be managed by tech-savvy non-IT professionals.
What do you like best about the product?
The ASAP program gives you a full timeline of tasks to complete so you learn how to use the platform and the reporting is comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the steps of the ASAP program seem a bit out of chronological order. Setting up the policy, communicating with stakeholders, sending out newsletters etc should be the first steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cyber security awareness and phishing measures for the more computer illiterate members of the org.
Great introduction to phishing
What do you like best about the product?
There is such a great range of resources available in the testing and training catalogue. No matter the level of user ability, there are appropriate ways to introduce learners to the key concepts.
What do you dislike about the product?
As it covers such a broad range of functionality, determining the right mix of products can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our users have a wide range of technical ability, and are from diverse demographics. We need to keep our whole business safe, and KnowBe4 allows us to do that by introducing all of our users to cybersecurity, regardless of their previous knowledge and experience.

plug and play with ease of mind
What do you like best about the product?
After a very helpful and friendly associate of KnowBe4 helped me with the initial set up - the site just does exactly what you need it to do - phishing the biggest security threat at a company - humans :) . Great reporting and easy navigation. Our rep is always available and they even actively reach out to make sure you've got what you need. This is a great service by a great company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some getting used to finding things in nooks and crannies - but nothing that practice doesn't fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has access to sensitive information and keeping them on top of their toes while clicking around in their email is monumental to security.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting, and the selections available from the Mod Store for customized training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Help Function, very difficult to find what the user is looking for. Key words are important but sometimes spend more time trying to use the key word for the appropriate search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is to align with the Future Electronics Compliance requirements with ISO 27001 and NIST SP 800-171
This is a valuable tool to train and raise the awareness level of users.
What do you like best about the product?
Wide selection of training material, from short amusing clips (e.g. Restricted Intelligence), to more "serious" and to-the-point videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not "dislike", it's a room for improvement - more content to be multilingual (some material not available in Greek).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without KnowBe4, we (the IT Department) would have to conduct seminars internally, which would involve preparing the materials ourselves, coordinating with other departments (like HR) to schedule times, people, and rooms, and delivering the presentations, thus consuming a significant amount of man-hours.

The training modules we have used are short and to the point.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's tricky to manage the training courses which have already been used. It would be nice if they could be flagged.

It's raising cyber security awareness throughout the organisation.
