KnowBe4 is a must
What do you like best about the product?
The videos and overall experience is very current and informative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pop-ups have to be enabled on your browser to perform the training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very adapt at educating employees about the dangers of malicious emails and social engineering.

What do you like best about the product?
It' s simple, easy, and to the point. Trainings are short and sweet.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major downsides. It would be nice if training campagins updated to the latest content automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help support end user awarness and vigilance.
Trains the most basic users
What do you like best about the product?
Teaches our users to Trust No One! They are very suspicious of everything, which is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm always nervous as an IT admin that I'm gonna "flunk." lol
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Love how it keeps up on current threats out in the world to inform our users
good platform, plenty of features for training, testing & educating end users
What do you like best about the product?
The user management portal for training and keeping track of phishing campaigns makes the administration portion very easy to control.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was some AI built into creating and managing campaigns. Also, it would be great if there was a reminder feature for letting users know they have not completed their training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training users to be aware of potential scams & creative phishing techniques.
Demystifying the security game
What do you like best about the product?
We love the simple-to-use and manage platform, it makes it easier for a small team to manage for a larger organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do wish more of the resources were available in our plan without a need to jump up to another "product tier".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KB4 helps us get our users up to a level of security awareness that very quickly makes our digital "castle" safer!
I know it's necessary but it can take some time.

It taught me some things that I did not know.

The length of the training is too long for me.

Excellent product for testing and training
What do you like best about the product?
Knowbe4 provides excellent training, and the testing process helps train users. It is easy to set up and run tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding users to the system can be cumbersome, import process requires more refinement for adding groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 helps us meet requirements for cybersecurity training and tracking spam emails.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is an all-in-one training/testing platform. Setting up training is straightforward and easy to integrate into your environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
We currently haven't run into any issues so far with KnowBe4.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use KnowBe4 to help train users and keep them security-conscious. The test emails they get sent keep them on their toes.

Training assignment can be a bit clunky, and editing campaigns after they start isn't possible.

What do you like best about the product?
The training explains clearly how a hacker can trick a user into getting access they shouldn't have. The videos are mixed with practical exercises.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some games in the training may be odd, but I guess some people like them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hackers are getting increasingly smarter in how they can trick users. We constantly need to stay up to date and be reminded about the danger of opening an email from a bad sender. KnowBe4 helps our users be aware of this.
