Great Product and Helpful Support
What do you like best about the product?
We deployed KnowBe4 in 2020 as part of our required security awareness training for SOC2 compliance. In the last 4 years we have tripled our size and KnowBe4 has continued to provide us with the necessary guidance and technical support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training modules are depricated frequently which requires us to reconfigure campaigns each year. It would be better if knowbe4 had some packaged offerings that already incorporated the training changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We deployed KnowBe4 in 2020 as part of our required security awareness training for SOC2 compliance. We also have grown significantly with a diverse user base via mergers and acquisitions. Knowbe4 is helping us align all of our new employees to the same security baseline.
Making User Awareness Training Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
The scope of training available offered is second to none. It has made our monthly training a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have the ability to host our own training modules to give to customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to orchestrate monthly training for users and track completion.
The Gold Standard For Employee Security Awareness Training
What do you like best about the product?
The training campaigns are easy to setup and deploy, user response and performance is simple to track, and the content is appropriate, effective, but not too time consuming.
What do you dislike about the product?
The storylines in the season long videos is dragging a little bit and the remedial training videos are quite long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep our users vigilant and aware of the phishing and security threats that target our organization and how to defend/avoid them.
Cost-effective Cyber Security Awareness
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has been our go-to for fairly comprehensive cybersecurity and especially anti-phishing training for our employees. Good customer service, nice web tools, good training materials, and very attractive price for what we get.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all of the training modules are high quality, and some of the more specific training for CMMC that we'd like is not present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training our employees on security awareness, as a small company we need a product like KnowBe4

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is intuitive and easy to use and navigate

Nothing really that I can think of. I guess more phishing scenarios

It allows us to educate our users on security awareness training

Simple navigation and use to get in the system as well as while working through the trainings.

There is nothing that I can think of at this time

Bad actors that can show up in a multitude of different places
My experience has been very good with knowbe4, which is why I recommend it as an excellent tool.

The content is very varied and they are translated into other languages.

The training reports have to be improved to present the users

With the Knowbe4 tool we have resolved the lack of awareness of our collaborators to avoid cybersecurity risks
Knowbe4 Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The training has been really valuable to our users as we have seen an improvement in reporting rates of phishing. We have also found the simulations to be a great tool to help users spot phishing.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have not experienced any major issues with the product after years of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our users to spot and report malicious emails and since using the product we have had no incidents regarding successful phishing.
Knowbe4 simplifies the improvement of your company security awareness program
What do you like best about the product?
The hability to create automated campains for security awareness, with many different templates always updated and fresh content , usually the content is really ahead of the attacks trend , its easier for you to raise awareness for new phishing threats types

The modstore for elearning is very complete but some videos we did not find them as much formal as we would like, all the relevant information is there
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Test the employees knowledge and awareness on email threats and help you raise the reporting of real threats as users get more awareness over time they become your 1st incident responders identifying real threats that were able to reach employees mailboxes
