Wonderful, well rounded product
What do you like best about the product?
All the preset test templates, in all sorts of business areas as well as very informative training videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick bad thing, I'd have to say some of the test emails are too good.
It's important to ease your users into the more sophisticted phoshing tests.

IT's doing a very good job to keep our users on their toes on the lookout for Phishing emails.

There is nothing that I dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training.

It is effective for Phsihing training and in determining our organizations overal cybersecurity awareness.
Cleo's Great Experience with KnowBe4
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is it's simplicity to roll out, to monitor, and to report on for compliance. We have enough complex tools in our toolbelt, this one made life easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The library of training materials is good, but it could be a little broader.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The training solves a couple of things for us. One, we are requirued to train employees on this topic prior to them starting with the company. The tooling of KnowBe4 made this easy. We are also required to train software developers on OWASP Top 10, the KnowBe4 platform was right there with an answer. When we undergo annual audits, all we have to do is say we use KnowBe4, and they know we are good.
KnowBe4 has been a good fit for us.
What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly and has good content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no current complaints. It is always nice to spend less money if I am required to answer this.

It is helping our user base understand computer risks.

Some modules can feel repetitive, and the frequency of training reminders can be overwhelming.

KnowBe4 helps reduce phishing risks, minimizes human error, ensures compliance, and fosters a strong security culture, enhancing overall cybersecurity.
Security training that is effective and fun.
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4's technical security training is brief and informative. Their more scripted training is fun and well produced. It is effective and engaging. The data you get in the admin panel is very useful for auditing successes and failures.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm very sad we won't get more training from Kevin Mitnick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4's phishing campaigns are diabolicly effective.

It is easy to use and gets to the point.

Some uses think that the videos are a bit silly.

Simple for Users
What do you like best about the product?
The training is simple for users. We had a user come in and thanks us for making it simple to, as literally just clicking a link. He called it user error proof. IFYKYK

What do you dislike about the product?
When I did the training there were some answers that I would choose as correct (multiple choice questions) but was counted wrong. I was just going too much based on my situation (I would not be receiveg anything from a high school friend) so therefore I chose the anser of receieveing something from them as being wrong and possible risk.

Training is still going on for our users

I really appreciated the ease of use, the presentation of the contents and in general the completeness of most of the topics
What do you dislike about the product?
I would suggest going into more depth on some topics, for example by adding detailed examples or reading suggestions. in come cases it could be useful to emphasize the most critical aspects of cybersecurity awareness that might need more in-depth examination.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very useful for security awareness training that helps reduce human errors, phishing attacks and generally increase security culture. It is also useful for covering compliance requirements by ensuring employees are trained in cybersecurity best practices
