What do you like best about the product?
It is split up nicely into small modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot fast orward through what you know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to track the employees status.
KnowBe4 provides world-class support and have intuitive products.

I really appreciate the fact that the goal of eleminating the human risk element as much as possible is the very clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems as the company gets larger, they are beginning to push sales of their various products more than before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing our users with a toolset to use when faced with a risky/suspicious action. Most times this comes in the form of an email. This gives me as an admin a greater sense of peace about the weakest link in the security armor.
Easy to use platform - wealth of training options
What do you like best about the product?
There are many different options KnowBe4 provides for training. They provide a large catalogue that allows organizations to tailor their training to their needs. There are many ways the platform can be used to automatically handle re-training as well.

There are many features that I didn't know about until customer success managers walked me through them.

The training is topical and succint. It helps us meet our compliance needs.
Perfect for the Remote / Work From Home Era
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4's phishing and scam training has significantly strengthened our organization's security posture. The engaging content and realistic simulations have made a noticeable difference in our employees' ability to identify and avoid threats. I highly recommend KnowBe4 for any organization looking to bolster their security awareness training.

User aUser and group management requires a significant investment of time to achieve comprehensive understanding.nd Group management takes some time to trully understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Train employees on how to spot phising and scam emails. Phis Alert also helps us with an easy way for them to report possible problematic emails.
Admin and Employee Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the modules are short for our employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email notifications are inaccurate and very difficult to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having training like this is critical for our organization that is a fully remote workforce. We also have employees utilizing wifi networks in airports, college campuses, hotels, etc. which means there's a higher liklihood of an incident. Keeping our staff trained helps with this.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the portal. The clarity of the training content

The narrator is a little drab. The content could be more lively.

Educating our user to be aware of online threats.
Top Tier Security Awareness Training Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the breadth of content, and the quality of the content that is offered.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the learning modules were a bit more customizable within the platform, and did not require us to have our own LMS to get the most of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No secret that phishing is the top threat our company faces. KnowBe4 is instrumental in our staff being up to date with the latest threats.
Great Security Awareness training platform
What do you like best about the product?
The custom reports and ability to customize phishing tests

They often get blocked by Microsoft which cause numbers to not be accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to send targeted campaigns and training to users based on their roles.
Best Engaging Content
What do you like best about the product?
This has been the most engaging software that we have used to date. The short duration of the trainings make it easier for our busy employees to complete, and on the go if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
After one year of using this software, I can't find any real drawbacks yet. We have had the highest participation rates then previously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to meet compliance and keep all of our employees updated and educated which keeps our issues to a minimum.

KnowBe4 makes security awareness training easy and engaging. The platform is user-friendly, the training modules are interactive, and the phishing simulations help reinforce best practices. It’s a great way to educate employees and reduce security risks.

The KnowBe4 Admin console could be more user-friendly.
