Nice platform and good integrations
What do you like best about the product?
We really like the phish alert option for M365 this helps us to determine what users need help in identifying threats in email. Overall, the setup is easy and integrating with M365 is easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe provide better overall training where users are more engaged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to identify users who need more training, both through the platform and through the phish alert features

Great catalog of material to chose from and knowbe4 stays up to date and even recommends new content.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features of knowbe4 from phishER to the modstore. It would be nice if there was a training guide for everything but for the most part its all realitivly easy to figure out.

Teach our users how to be safe while being connected.

It's simple to set up and report from. Useful reminders on what to look out for during training are simple and helpful.

The user interface is dated and could use a refresh to current standards, user experience best practices, and aesthetics.

Phishing scam awareness and other cyber security best practices.

What do you like best about the product?
The wide variety of emails that are avialiable to use for the phishing tests and the varying levels of difficulty they contain as well as the training videos and simulators in the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting can be a little bit too busy to follow at times

Educattion of our staff on spotting and avoiding clicking on phishing emails and texts

They have a variety of security awareness training that range from 15 minutes +
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacking of new materials in specific topics . You need to purchase a higher plan.

Security awareness training that is required as part of PCI and Soc certification for the corporation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the large selection of security trainings as well as trainings available in their compliance package.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can seem overwhelming with so many trainings available.

Great for basic security awareness training content
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using KnowBe4 for our organization's security awareness training, and it does exactly what it promises. The training modules are comprehensive and engaging, making it easy for employees to understand and retain important security practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area for improvement would be the frequency of content updates. While the training modules are effective, I wish the content was updated a bit more frequently to keep pace with the rapidly changing cybersecurity landscape.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This primarily solves the problem of how do we automate notifying and tracking the completion of training for our employees.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is great because it makes security training fun and easy to understand. It has videos, quizzes, and real-looking phishing tests to help people learn. It also keeps track of training and updates often to stay ahead of new cyber threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training can feel the same at times. The phishing test emails can also get annoying for users if there are too many scheduled at once, but you can be schedule to your needs. I wish it was more affordable for schools, but KnowBe4 is needed for cyber insurance.

Email reminders look like spam. They need to look more official wiht maybe the clients Logo integrated into them.

All you will ever need for Cybersecurity Training
What do you like best about the product?
The Training is all-inclusive and offers a variety of different topics + delivery methods. Our account manager helped guide us through initial setup and anytime I need to add/change features, it's easy to setup a follow up meeting with our account managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Administrative Platform was a little more user-friendly / instictive.
Creating and Searching for Courses is a little clunky, especially when adding to training.
