What do you like best about the product?
Concise, easy to understand, engaging and can be tailored to different audiences from tech novice to tech savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now honestly, perhaps better pricing plan, although I understand that there is so much inflation in the world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Human risk factor and it is really benefiting users in my organisation

What do you like best about the product?
What I like is that it has many training material, the content of said material. I like extensive the documentation is so we can ensure email deliverablitly and our email security system does not block it. I like the versatility of the templates for phishing and how it has different difficutly levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think there is a down side. I guess the one downside is you MUST use your customer success manager to ensure you have it properly configured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to ensure users dont click on phishing emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Training exercises and the level of control admins have over it is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truly, with the way we have deploy Kb4, I have no gripes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It informs users on best practices relating to cybersecuirty, privacy, and teaching *how* to react to someting, before its not too late. This helps cybersec immensly when things are reported.

Easy employee use, easy for administrative review, and prerecorded training options.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Unable to download individual signed policies for employees
- Campaigns and groups are difficult to administer for new campaigns. Very manual process

Its fast easy and not complicated. Test are simple and straitforward

Some material might be repetative. Prefer actors over the animations

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to design your own training based in the enterpsie goals. Good integration with Active Directory.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is not that friendly. It is always confusing get into the reports module and get clear data. But in general reports are pretty good, the issue is the navigation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my users informaed about Cybersecurity. Training is the first action to take in order to protect your environment.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is one of the best security awareness training platforms that I have used. The platform is very user-friendly, and packed with engaging content from many topics that are from the security side of things. There are different types of difficulties depending on content to cater to your employees, as well as phishing campaigns which can make it seem like the real thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
While KB4 does have templates and scenarios, the customization could be more user friendly, such as creating custom email templates without using placeholders and using the scripting side of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It trains users on what to look out for in a phishing email, and it reduces the risk of your credentials being entered on an unknown site and being stolen.

What do you like best about the product?
End users must be educated on the techniques that could cause a security issue. This training helps keep them informed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been some chatter about not having time for training. Maybe some of the modules could be shorter and just as effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hopefully reducing the chance that someone will click on a link or respond to a text message without thinking it through first. I believe it is effective as some end users will reach out and ask questions when an email seems suspicious.
