good training but not too much topics

easy to manage, really deep on some topics

some topics are not appearing like AI, some courses are outdated

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is up to date and allow company to be sure that users are always informed about the risks.
What do you dislike about the product?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training cannot be customized adding for example link to internal policy or company documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training solves the problem of initial and continuing user training by providing the company with valid feedback on the paths taken by users and the level of awareness achieved
Great product for security training
What do you like best about the product?
Fully featured product to schedule, manage and report training with automated reminder, reporting capability. Templates are also great. Training data gets updated frequently as per the latest industry update. I also liked phishing campaign capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I would like to see product roadmap on quarterly basis

What do you like best about the product?
The availability of various templates for emails and training is constantly getting updated. In addition to that, they continue to add new features and services, which are a great addition to the base product. And on top of that an easy to set up and run all of your testing and training
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the templates target a more corporate world, which for smaller companies is not suited or looks way too obvious, especially for companies outside of the US.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to run our internal training and tests and get an instant feedback and review of the users behavious.
Quick and effective training sessions
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 provides a great amount of valuable training sessions applicable to all types of business. A company doesn't need to create and manage the training topics in its own system as KnowBe4 has attendance list, tests and refreshing sessions automatically scheduled based on the defined periodicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an opportunity to expand the content in the site. I would suggest Lean Manufacturing concepts as they can also be applied in all types of business

What do you like best about the product?
Ihave used KNOWBE4 for most of my IT career and it just gets better and better! The many offerrings on the topics, from the movie series' to the games and the tailored to a specific audience for the modules such as C level trainigs etc
What do you dislike about the product?
In the phishing campaigns, it would be great if we could search on a user to see what email they received and not have to scroll through a long list of users until we see who we are looking for just to click on the email and see what they got.

User interface is easy to use and phishing and training campaigns can be setup easily.
There are broad variety of templates on different categoreis which are regularly updated as per the latest phishing trends which help us to stay ahead of emerging threats.

What do you dislike about the product?
Limited training modules in MODSTORE. Certain training modules repeat the same concepts. Difficult to customise training content to meet specific organisational needs. Content gets retired too frequently which causes to redo and update training program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has immensely strengthened our organisation's security posture as employees are getting trained and educated on how to identify and report various types of phishing emails which has reduced the risk of successful phishing attacks.
Automated email reminder feature has also helped to ensure that the users complete their assigned trainings on time which has helped us to meet compliance from organisational perspective.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 awareness helps The Escape Game team members spot phishing emails by teaching them what to look for and how to stay vigilant against cyber threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like KnowBe4, but I wish it had direct integration with Google Workspace for a smoother experience. We are still manually adding and removing user accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is helping The Escape Game team members stay vigilant by showing them real-world examples of phishing attacks. Through simulated phishing tests, they learn to recognize red flags like suspicious email addresses, urgent requests for personal information, and fake login pages. For example, they might receive a fake email posing as an IT support request asking them to reset their password—teaching them to check the sender’s address and hover over links before clicking. By exposing them to these realistic scenarios, KnowBe4 empowers team members to spot and avoid phishing attempts before they become a threat.

What do you like best about the product?
Concise, easy to understand, engaging and can be tailored to different audiences from tech novice to tech savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now honestly, perhaps better pricing plan, although I understand that there is so much inflation in the world.

Human risk factor and it is really benefiting users in my organisation
