Valuable Training
What do you like best about the product?
The training updates each year as the threats are also changing. I appreciate that we can provided up-to-date training to our staff. I also appreciate being able to create groups and assign different training to different type of trainees. (standard computer user vs high risk).
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we didn't have to upgrade to the highest level to get some of the features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 security awareness training allows us to provide training to all of our staff whether they are in the office or remote. This helps so we can alternate between video training and in-person training.

What do you like best about the product?
I like all the different templates and automation that I can select. We implemented SSO and it made life convenient for our staff. We have implemented short training to educate our users. It's very user friendly for our staff members. I look forward to adding The Insider Man to our platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I forget to add users to a specific group initially it's a bit of a work around. I would like to pull up a user and add remove to groups faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I always worry that we will fall victim to a serious incident. I know the practice helps our staff pay attention to the phishing attempts. It's a comfort that we have some available training opportunities. Most of our staff is open to the training. We have implemented "incentives" for staff to complete their cyber training. We also offer the training to our contractors. Most have given feedback that they use the knowledge to protect their personal accounts and share with family.
KnowBe4 Makes Security Training Effective and Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Knowbe4 simplifies security training to the point where we exceed compliance requests while freeing up the Infosec Team!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have found that is if a user is brought into training by a filter there is no way to remove them easily from that training if needed - you either have to force complete their training making it inaccurate, leave it as unfinished which messes with your completion percentages, or make an exception list which makes the console disorganized with tons of extra groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting compliance objectives while educating the staff.
Making the Boring Stuff Fun!
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 makes the “boring nerd stuff” of security awareness training actually fun and creates a culture around it that is exciting for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t think of anything specific I dislike about the training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 makes the training fun with The Inside Man show and other things that are engaging to users so they will actually want to do the trainings and pay attention.
Great training solution
What do you like best about the product?
It is both static assigned, dynamic, and focused training which also allows custom content for policy or other organization training and compliance requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a slow start if you do not have managed services to assist with maintaining the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It supports compliance requirements as well as onboarding training needs to keep the organization safe.

The training allows me to give my users more tools to learn how to deal with IT security threats

Trying to get user buy in to complete required training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users don’t understand the need to be diligent when it comes to security at the workplace. This training is the starting point to get them to understand their role.
Great phishing training tool
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy for IT teams to use. Also, the phishing templates are great examples of what we see in the wild.
What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed some compatibility issues when users are on their mobile phones. Although, I’m sure these will get fixed in future updates :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s showing our users emails as close to real world examples as possible. This helps to educate them on the latest themes or styles of phishing.

This solution has helped us over the years educating our employees in the ever changing world of cybersecurity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like that see more frequent updates on how to keep this training interesting for long time employees.

Fun way to gain awareness
What do you like best about the product?
It is an interactive and fun way to learn about the changing online security landscape.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the "fun" aspects make the modules less straightforward and a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me to become more aware of the security risks in everyday life such as phishing emails, the dangers of clicking random links, etc.
Engaging and Informative
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is that it is both engaging and informative, without being condescending. The videos are not too long to the point where you get bored, and use examples that are easy to understand and directly applicable to my day to day at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to KnowBe4 training is that some of the videos could be a bit more applicable to our system (Outlook/Microsoft), though I understand why it makes more sense to be general in training applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The training has most notably helped remind me to slow down and scan my emails before clicking on any links, and be careful when receiving things that may not look quite right.
