Excellent Product and Service
What do you like best about the product?
The phishing campaigns give me a great starting point to discuss the dangers (and likelihood) of clicking on malicious links or opening malicious files with my end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything I would say I dislike about the product or service I have received.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 has allowed me to be able to put out more regular training as well as see who I need to speak with more directly for additional training.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a solid product that will provide a wide variety of training for your end users as well as keep them on their toes with phishing campaigns then this is your product. The service you will receive to learn it and make the best use of it is excellent.
KnowBe4 has helped me to keep a security-minded user base
What do you like best about the product?
-Great vendor
-Great staff
-Helps my users to be more mindful of security
-IT Admins get to phish their users
-Users will begin to report actual phishing attacks to spite their IT staff
-Can be as hands off or hands on as you want it to be
-Nice reporting features
While meeting with my KnowBe4 contact the other day, I had mentioned that I have a group of users that haven't failed a phishing test yet. Typically it's a good thing when you have users that aren't falling for phishing attempts, but I really wanted to show some of these users that they are just as vulnerable as anybody else. My KnowBe4 contact was able to give me some pointers on my next phishing campaign that I'm sure will aid in our training process.
Several years ago my organization got hit hard with ransomware that came in to a shared mailbox posing as a resume. I have no doubt that any of my users would report that email today instead of opening the malicious attachment. Lately we've been targeted by several industry specific spear phishing campaigns, and the fact that my C level users can now identify a spear phishing campaign when they see one makes me sleep easier at night.

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest thing I dislike about KnowBe4 is the amount of time that could be spent customizing campaigns. You can absolutely get in and out quickly and get by just fine but if you want to take full advantage of the KnowBe4 tool set you'll sink a sizable chunk of time into customizing phishing email templates to train your users. To be fair, there are a lot of great templates already and the custom mail templates are not necessary. If you have spare time, this is a non issue and you'll probably have tons of fun with the level of customization that can be put into the phishing campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've experienced consistent improvement across my users, KnowBe4 really helps me see which users I need to focus on training more than others and KB4's effective training modules give me a nice medium to deliver that training.
An unintended benefit that we've realized is the training modules that aren't security oriented. My COO was visibly excited to see training modules that are HR and workplace safety oriented.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I did research a couple other options for user training before deciding on KnowBe4. KB4 had the better content and better price, and the quality of their content has made leaps and bounds since then. While I don't have any compliance requirements for security training, this is a must have for people who do.
If you're a one man IT department (such as myself), KnowBe4 is invaluable as you just don't have time to police everyone's inboxes.

Exceeding Expectations
What do you like best about the product?
While the platform and included content is spot on; it's the staff and people that make KnowBe4 a premier product and partnership.
The account managers actively listen and provide the answers needed (some to questions you didn't think to ask) to make the proper purchasing decision.
Support, now I get to call out Hunter: awesome experience working with Hunter, to cut through what probably would have taken a day or two to figure out through the knowledge center, to get a baseline autopilot program in place. That alone will eliminate hours of my ISO communicating, tracking and chasing people to complete awareness training. With the deployment in its infancy, we already can calculate an ROI just related in man-hours.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
An individual looking at KnowBe4 has a basic understanding of what is driving them to the product. A good tact is to ask the KnowBe4 account manager:
- What are the best practices?
- How are your (insert industry here) clients leveraging the platform?
- What have I not asked that most of your clients ask?

What do you like best about the product?
I like the video training that staff members can take look at anywhere. I like the idea that I can structure the training for my staff. I like the various tests I can send out to see how my staff responses to threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point I have not found anything that I really can say I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I must admit the people that failed my first test was not the people I thought they would be. I am finding my co-workers are less resistant to taking the time for the training than I thought they would be.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a good product both for testing your staff on their response to malware and training your staff on how to respond to malware.
Great Service!
What do you like best about the product?
Keeps end users on their toes, while also providing a wealth of training materials to keep them in the know when it comes to spotting real world threats in their inbox. The newsletters, weekly knowledge blasts, and "propganda" are very helpful in educating our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the Phish Alert outlook add-in can "disappear", however this required a simple group policy tweak to correct. Some sort of add-in to identify phishing web pages, rather than just emails would be nice., as this is an are that are users can struggle with. Something similar to the Gmail plugin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User awareness of identifying which emails are safe to open, click, or view attachments. The Phish Alert tool to report simulated or realistic phishing attacks to IT are very helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start with the the free baseline questions and consider the free tools, such as the breached password test. The AD health checkup tool (which I believe is free) is another excellent way to preview what KnowBe4 has to offer. Have fun creating your templates while you're at it.
Simply put, best in class Security Awareness Training solution with outstanding world class support.
What do you like best about the product?
The Security Awareness Training combines great software architecture with an intuitive user interface to deliver a robust and effective security training and testing platform. The extensive and diverse phishing test templates will challenge the best of your staff. Their incredible, knowledgeable, focused customer support is world class! It is no wonder why they are celebrating their fourth consecutive year on the Inc 500 list.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have not found a downside to their services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is said that hackers only need to get it right once, but we need to get it right all the time. In order to do that, we need a well-trained staff, who can detect the difference between legitimate and malicious electronic correspondence and links. KnowBe4 provided us with an entertaining and effective way to reach our security awareness goals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend that you start using KnowBe4 as soon as possible. Think of it this way, every day you delay, is another 24 hours that you are giving hackers a free pass.
The KnowBe4 product line matches my companies needs perfectly...
What do you like best about the product?
The customer contact - Nadia Stefanaru is awesome to work with. The daily updates from Stu are also very good to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
To date I have no really dislokies...the only item I would like to have is the ability to have my customers be able to pick and choose training outside of campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security Training and Cyber Socialization for End Users.
An increase in awareness of cyber security threats
An increase in awareness of cyber security threats
Recommendations to others considering the product:
KnowBe4 is an excellent product and has matured amazingly over the last year, training content is always refreshed and the SaaS has always been available. Their customer Success person that I have dealt with is extremely helpful and always available.
What are people really thinking
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to customize the emails. The predefined emails are great but being able to customize is key to get true results
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much US content and not enough Canadian content
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A REAL understanding of what users are doing but most importantly who the culprits are. Once you know who the users are that are clicking irresponsibly you can then properly train them.
Ongoing Training is worth the cost
What do you like best about the product?
The availability of a variety of videos and training modules and the complete control over the phishing tests, over time builds a culture of cybersecurity awareness within the organization that is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning the system takes time and energy. I once opened up a closed campaign to extend the time frame for completion and my users immediately got 7 emails because of the auto reminders I had setup. That was embarrassing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall awareness by users. Users are more cautious and seem to be thinking before they click on links.
KnowBe4 is helping to raise security awareness
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4's tools to help automate simulated phishing campaigns and the PhishER tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like there to be more instructional information on using PhishER and creating rules. I feel like I am not using the tool to its potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Raising awareness among employees and getting them to think before they click.
