Great Solution

What do you like best about the product?
It is a comprehensive solution that seeks to reduce organizational risk, especially the risk associated with phishing email. Our users have proven to be very vulnerable to phishing despite previous attempts to educate them about the dangers of opening links and attachments from messages that have an urgent tone. This solution is easier for users to digest and learn how to reduce this risk and for management to take an upper hand in setting expectations for their direct reports. The phish alert tool was also very easy to deploy and educate users on how to use it effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ASAP program is heavy handed. It has too many steps and needs some different templates for different types of implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduction of phishing risk, better user education, better management awareness.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, daily security advocate, and effective for all walks of life. My user base has been trained, tested, and made aware of their security responsibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish all users were required to use the training(s).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a user base that like coupons, recipes, and free items. We have identified and trained these clickers and have provided more training to reduce our IT risks.

Effective cyber testing and training platform

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is an integrated platform providing testing, training and information platform for IT and cyber security. Also like that there are training materials on other topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not have any complaints. Platform is easy to use and does everything advertised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use it to provide IT security training and also user testing: conducting phishing tests.

The ASAP tab pretty much walks you through setting up your program

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it's been to setup training campaigns and run ongoing tests of our employees using KB4. They cost of the tool is excellent for the valve and I love how attentive KB4's team is with reminders to engage our employees more and utilize the tool to its fullest extent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see some updates to the Vishing platform, it's a little heavy handed compared to the Phishing side. Perhaps utilizing some advancements in natural language tools would make that a stellar service to inoculate users against advanced social engineering attacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like everyone else in the world, we're experiencing a huge increase in CEO fraud alongside more advanced phishing campaigns. It was becoming very difficult to keep up with the emails and phone calls simply asking for a second pair of eyes on an email. KnowBe4 has helped us train users to spot illigitment messages on their own, report them to a centralized email inbox using the Phish Alert Button, and monitor the risk level of our employees through ongoing training/phishing campaigns of our own.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup and get started.
Plenty of real world phishing templates with varying degrees of difficulty.
Training is very informative and well prepared.
Support is fantastic, always friendly and willing to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be more training modules available for the silver subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users are more aware of phishing attempts and are actively reporting non-simulated phishing emails.
Knowbe4 has prevented fraudulent transactions due to user training and awareness.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a conversation with your account manager on a regular basis to ensure you are effectively using all the tools at your disposal.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to change it every month as need or setting it up to work itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like/dislike that they are constantly updating their modules. I have to go back and redo training setups as things expire.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that it keeps our users on their toes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Never be afraid to call in for help. It's really helpful and they will walk you through every step. The active directory integration was a hiccup at first but after calling in, I was able to fix an issue on our end when new users are added so it works correctly. If you need ideas about setting up campaigns or training, call your support person! For a while I even had a monthly rolling appointment for any questions on my side or suggestions from their end. Even if I missed the zoom meeting, our rep would email or call to follow up. I set up monthly campaigns and have created a list that I duplicate for training with new hires. It's nice to have short videos to train with to make everything less boring, then finish with games!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I have direct contact with my sales rep. She has been extremely helpful for me to maximize the use of the program with the least amount of time spent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation of the website is not 100% intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The phishing campaign has been an eye-opener.

What do you like best about the product?
It has made my company's users think before clicking links in emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem was people were putting us in possible danger by opening or responding to phishing emails. Now everyone is trained and aware of the dangers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It was easy to set up and implement. Users tell me the training videos are entertaining and fun.

Eyes Opened

What do you like best about the product?
Video training is short and memorable. It has taken our users from oblivious to aware. When looking for a solution this was very important. Our users were resistant to any intrusion on their time and the brief, entertaining, effective training was exactly what we needed.
The management interface is intuitive and easy to use and the user interface is even easier. Periodic updates from KnowBe4 staff alert us to new training, features, and threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a problem with the system at all, but some promotional material geared toward "selling it" to executives might be beneficial. We have some that think their time is too valuable to waste on training ... and they are our biggest risks and biggest offenders according to our phishing tests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User awareness has been our greatest benefit. They now know the threats that exist, are able to recognize them, and know what to do to avoid and report attacks. This has helped us dodge some hazards and saved a huge amount of money in verified threats to which they would have succumbed without training.
Through phishing tests, we now have metrics that allow us to see security training effectiveness and know where the security weaknesses are in our human resources. Customizing email notifications has allowed us to give that information to department directors as well so they can more effectively manage their department employees by knowing who is participating and who isn't committed.

Great Security Education Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Entertaining and Interactive user training, Easy to use UI, Easy to setup
What do you dislike about the product?
Some content is duplicated in different training modules. We setup a campaign incorporating 2 modules without realizing that the second half of the second module was identical content as what was in the first module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users clicking on links in emails without thinking- We are able to quantitatively measure the training programs effectiveness through the various built in simulated phishing techniques.
