KnowBe4 from an IT Admin
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to train my users by sending them faked phishing email. This lets me know who are my trouble users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into something I dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My users are very well trained to be skeptical of phishing or possible phishing emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Biggest weakness is always the human element. This helps train them to be at least skeptical of suspicious email.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 offers fantastic training, an amazing dashboard, and awesome templates!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about KnowBe4 is the different levels. I wish there were some things available to us on our current membership level that are available to the top level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our users are now much more careful when clicking links in emails. I have users that report emails to me first and a lot of the time they're legit emails, but it's still awesome to have them report it!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the dive and buy it! It is well worth your money. Stu (the CEO) is fantastic as well and is super helpful so that's definitely a breath of fresh air!
Excellent tool for helping your users learn about Phishing Attacks
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can set it and then forget it, it runs on its own. I also have been able to sign up for the Scam of the Week for our users. The Phish Alert program for Outlook is great as well, it gives the users a way to submit an email that they feel is a Phishing scam.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it takes time to get things setup, but they have that covered. They have agents that will work with you to help you get your Phishing tests setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training Users, and allowing me to do other things because the system is working for me.

Give it a test see if it meets your needs, I think you will be surprised at how well it works.

What do you like best about the product?
Products are innovative, current, and effective. They stay on top of the ever-changing, cyber security threat landscape. It's easy to administer and justify the value.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about it. They constantly strive to improve their product so usually any "wish list" feature I might want, gets added or remedied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have reduced our "clickers" rate by 50% in the first 6 months of use and we have vastly improved our risk score. Our employees are more aware of phishing attempts thanks to the diverse training modules. Employee cooperation using the PhishAlert button has helped us prevent thousands of threats from even entering our environment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a close look at this product and see the direction the company is heading. Since I've been using it for a little over a year, KnowBe4 has introduced two new products that accompany it. They listen to their customers and get the job done. One of the best investments my company made!
Comprehensive training and awareness tools
What do you like best about the product?
Going through ASAP to setup the program. Working with the Client relations team and support to discuss issues. setting up & using the tools. Ease of deployment. Time was taken to setup everything up and there was an immediate value add to the program sponsor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Phisher could use some more built in rules and default settings.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowbe4 helps fill the gaps in training, awareness. Most of all the ability to offer thoughtful proactive phishing/spam reporting that IT can monitor and make decisions on. Continual awareness through newsletters and scam alerts is vital these days to stay aware of what is a threat.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More upfront and out of the box than other products that had similar features in their roadmap.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards and the reporting and the automated training notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of white space on some of the dashboards and feels like its space that could be better utilized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Knowbe4 we are able to identify our phish prone users and provide remedial training which strengthens our environment since users are our weakest link the security chain.
Great Application for Company Wide Phishing Awareness
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create campaigns with numerous functionality like duration, execution time frame, target, splash pages, etc. Also each phishing page shows Red Flag indicators.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've only used two phishing applications in my career and so far this leads the pack so I do not dislike anything as of right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company's awareness of phishing and spamming attempts has increased significantly. since using KnowBe4 we have minimized users opening and clicking on phished emails as well as company wide communication around attempts by users.

Amazing application and very easy to create campaigns as well as monitor and review results.

There could be country specific content based on local laws etc. At present it is more US Specific

I made a contract for 3 years. A little worry because 3 years are so long for IT market. Actually, I wanted 1 year contract, but 3 years price would be much attracted. I hope this company continue to support for a long time so that I don;t have to find another vendor.

KnowBe4 Is A Must Have
What do you like best about the product?
I like that KnowBe4 has plenty of products based around security awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I dislike about KnowBe4 is the time on some of the training modules. Some modules are too long for remedial training while others are the right length for annual training concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that we are solving with KnowBe4 is the lack of user awareness. End users are our first line of defense. With KnowBe4, we have improved our security risk scores and increased user awareness.

There are many tools to consider with KnowBe4. They offer security awareness training for end users. They have a wide range of products tailored to phishing and vishing attacks. And they also many tools geared towards testing network vulnerability.
