Easy to take the test and good refresher for employees
What do you like best about the product?
I can take the courses at my own pace and revisit courses I don't complete all in one sitting

The questions are a bit redundant and some are common sense

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 got one of the most important things right out of the gate: Administrator Navigation.
The UI is very easy on the eyes, simple to understand and navigate.
The gauges for what is going on (training or phishing failures) are beautiful and easy to understand.
The Automation by far reigns supreme to any product I've ever touched in the Security Training sector.
Being able to set up single perpetual campaign that automatically refreshes its content is almost completely unheard of throughout the competitors. Especially when you talk about sending randomized emails to individuals - many don't even allow this much.

What do you dislike about the product?
KnowBe4 did not have multi-tenant capabilities last I had used it. Not really a problem assuming you are an MSP who is using a Password Tool or something to that affect.
Having that and a global way of making changes across many of our clients at once would have really put the icing on the cake.
And price. You get what you pay for, but ultimately for us we had to change products as a result of increased costs to ourselves.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to regularly and constantly test users is so important and KnowBe4 makes this easier than anyone else in the market.
The options you have for perpetual campaigns are greater than any other tool I've used.
I saw many pieces of KnowBe4 in many other products, but KnowBe4 still stands as having the most options to test and train your users out there.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you can afford it its an absolutely great idea. There are others that offer multi-tenancy so if you are an MSP/VAR you might need to evaluate that administrative cost that comes with managing your clients separately but it was worth it for us while it lasted.
Very detailed training for end user security training
What do you like best about the product?
I have been to a lot of security conferences over the past 5 years and in the world that we live in I believe education is a key element into keeping you and your company safe. I have looked at a lot of training products and feel that knowbe4 does a fantastic job in keeping training up to date as well as relevant to the topic at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there would be a few more games in the Platinum plan as opposed to just one. The diamond plan is a little overkill for what we need but gamification seems to get peoples attention now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are really solving the problems of phishing, vishing, spear fishing, smishing, social engineering and other attacks directly targeted toward our company. This is also a great benefit for our employees personal lives as they are able to take the training and apply it to their day to day lives.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are considering a training solution for your company to better gain knowledge of the security threats in your industry and or want to help your employees understand more about the security landscape for their personal life, this is a fantastic product and will really allow you to understand where you stand on this topic. You are also able to submit phishing, vishing and USB campaigns to your employees to give you a baseline where you are currently as well as where you are in the future.
Great Phishing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up reoccurring phishing test and knowledge base materials for clients. The videos are not all long, they can be completed in a quick amount of time - users who not fishing can automatically be reminded of the course they still need to complete and when their due date is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a feature to automatically set up reports to automatically sent to account owner's email.
It would be nice too if t had more training videos that are less than 5 minutes.

It helped us provide an extra layer of security by teaching the clients you can't just open or click anything which ultimately prevents downtime for the organization by having smarter users. The more training
KnowBe4 is Worth a look
What do you like best about the product?
Very robust phishing simulator with lots of automation. We were able to set it up and let it do its job.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are using Phish Alert Tool with G-Suite and the extension sometimes does not work to report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reducing the number of phishing emails that staff click on. Staff is reporting emails partially because they are more educated and partially because they don't want to be assigned a video to watch!
Best Cyber Security Awareness Training out there
What do you like best about the product?
Knowbe4 has great training modules, easy administration through their GUI, great customer support and service. Campaigns are easy to schedule and follow up on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing we've encountered so far with Knowbe4 or their platform would be something I'd consider a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PCI compliancy is the main issue we are solving. Secondly, simply educating our end-users on cyber security threats and responses helps our overall company security posture tremendously.

Great Training and Security Awareness Platform
What do you like best about the product?
They have a wide range of training that can be useful for your business beyond the security awareness which adds significant value to the overall offering.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue we've had was with a HR focused training module that took almost 6 months for them to fix, but it appeared to be related to a third-party issue. Otherwise it's been a pretty smooth service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 helps us solve our needs for continuous security awareness training and value-adding additional training modules that have provided us benefits to our HR team.
Pretty easy to use for phishing test + training
What do you like best about the product?
Great customer service for getting things setup. Phishing tests and training tools are updated frequently. The success managers walk you through everything on getting the basics setup. Interface is pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface could still use some work. I was a little lost on something trying it out on myself but the success manager helped. Many of the tests dont really work on g suite business, becuase the gmail app/site blocks it. If your users use outlook , it will work better since outlooks doesent block as much.

Many users have told me the training has really helped them. Hopefully in the future we will have better protection now
Know before it occur
What do you like best about the product?
This software is easy to use and implement.Once installed email account would be used to sign in and check any vulnerable phishing attack that may occur in the system.

This tool mostly operates online and can be a problem where their is no internet connection.

KnowBe4 is the world’s most popular integrated platform for security awareness training combined with simulated phishing attacks.The company can depict any vulnerable ways that a hacker can use therefore loopholes can be eliminated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool is fully integrated to ensure maximum detection of any unauthorized access to data by hackers therefore I would highly recommend the use of this product.
Great awareness tool
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has lots of options for training, with videos, flyers, newsletters. Training and phish testing are easy to set up and implement. The dashboard has a lot of information with stats and graphs. The Phish Alert button makes it easy to report suspicious emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I have found anything that I dislike about KnowBe4 or their training. Some might say the cost, but to me, it was well worth what I have paid for our subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staff has gotten better with spotting bad emails. Since we are a public library, staff has been able to educate some of the patrons we have that come in. Reporting has gotten easier after the Phish Alert button implementation.
