What do you like best about the product?
I like the thorough nature of the content

there is really nothing to dislike about it

the training makes easy to protect company data by training employees
A quality Training tool that consistently provides employees with knowledge to protect themselves.

The continuous improvement of resources.

How difficult it can be to detect even for seasoned IT professionals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving untrained employees an email is a big risk but implementing mandatory training has proven useful. KMSAT is really easy to use with our users.
KnowBe4 has been a great tool!

The ability to give our users training that they can use in business and personal life.

How frequent new training is updated, better training videos.

It has helped us educate our users about the dangers of clicking on phishing emails and also helped educate on how to spot a phishing email

Keeping users aware of threats and training them on behavior when situations arise.

It gives us the ability to test our end users and see which users pose the greatest risk and need a more targeted training

A lot of the options and templates are not relevant to us and we usually have to change everything on the template that applies.

Educating end users. They are our first line of defense and knowledge is poweer!

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps users up to date with security issues and phishing attempts in the worlds
What do you dislike about the product?
The portal for the end users to do training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives our end users insight of attacks that could be happening and how to avoid them.
Very great software, a tour or training on use would be extremely helpful
What do you like best about the product?
The options for creating campaigns and trainings are very in depth. The customability of templates and even things like fake links are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting pages are confusing to learn. I wish there were better export settings to go to things like a word document or a PDF.

Allows us to conduct tests and training on end users to help keep the company safe.

quite extensive u=in offereing. phishing sims are easy to setup

caters for compliance driven orgs with large staff basis

they are NOT solving the smithing problem

What do you like best about the product?
Through multiple campaigns over the last few years, we've had a clear decrease in repeat offenders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downsides are end users complaints about training(s) and occasional false positives (issues with Barracuda scans on occasion).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in a municipality, we have a higher than average what one would call "at risk" employees. The training / phishing campaigns have greatly reduced the number of "clickers", and the change in thought process before opening / replying etc.
