Review
What do you like best about the product?
Phishing test variation and HR modules. Quick response to questions and great customer service. Breath of training modules and the most popular phishing techniques being used day-to-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not used to produce enough to develop any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Awareness around phishing and how preventative training. There have been a lot of breaches in our industry and building awareness around these threats will decrease our chances of potential exposure.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Quick and easy implementation with top-notch customer service and preventative training. Will be recommending this product to our dealer board.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see products like phisher be available per user for small companies as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People being ignorant on what are the attacks that hackers are using to gain access to company information.

Constantly using security awareness training helps your human firewall be less prone to malicious attacks.
Security Awareness Training is very customizable
What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot of content in there and it is very useful for designing a number of security training programs
What do you dislike about the product?
The password reset emails are clunky and confusing to end users, resulting in many calls to my help desk. Also, they are not sure whether to trust the training emails since they know the phish tests come from KnowBe4 as well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think we have cut down on clicks on phishing emails which is what I wanted

Be sure to put some time into learning the system and be prepared for a lot of questions from your end users and management

What do you like best about the product?
The training is very engaging for employees. The reporting also allows me to track that everyone has completed it.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A - I cannot think of anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer need to develop training so I can spend more time on other information security tasks.
Knowbe4 has been a great asset for our environment.

The video trainings have been an enormous help in training our end users about email safety.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside at this time. We haven't had any issues.

We are training are staff to be more vigilant when they are checking there email.

Don't wait to any longer. The sooner your users start training the safer your environment will be.
Good Product
What do you like best about the product?
I like the product and the way it trains my users. I like the fact that the training is built in and if I run a campaign I can utilize that to improve the users over all exposure and awareness. I also like the ease of use and administration. It is very simple to set up and track a campaign as well as influence the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes at this time. The product is very user friendly and easy to use. The integration with users is also very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problems that are being solved are the general awareness for phishing emails and scams. It has made my users more aware overall. The benefits just continue to grow as the users get trained more and more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend the product. It does everything that it says it does and it helps my users become better aware of scams and keeps them on their toes regarding clicking on bad things.
Excellent Training, Testing and Risk Management
What do you like best about the product?
The training offerings are robust and relevant. The testing emails are very well-done and really boost user's knowledge. The support provided is top-notch. And the pricing is very affordable!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I would have signed up with KnowBe4 sooner!

With KnowBe4's Security Awareness Training, we are equipping our employees with the knowledge and skill set needed to prevent phishing attacks.
Makes Training Easy and Forces Interaction
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it forces user interaction, and the interaction type and the entire experience is highly customizable. It also makes it very easy on the user to manage all of their trainings and take them at their convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think nothing is ever perfect, but I have trouble coming up with anything I see that needs improvement from a users perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to have our employees complete mandatory trainings and also improve our IT security and phishing awareness of all employees in the Firm.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with the presets, the templates are a great help.
What do you dislike about the product?
not much, just need to remind myself to send out training but they help anyway they can

Educating the User Base
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about KnowBe4 is the construction of their training modules. The are designed to hold the trainees attention while providing the education they need to strengthen our security. Often a user will comment on how much fun a particular module was. But what I truly like is when a user finishes their training and makes a comment like "I didn't even know that" or "I can use this at home". Comments like these help reinforce that the training is actually getting through to them and not just being completed an exercise to be forgotten.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Administration module can be a bit cumbersome to navigate, but over all it is user friendly for the majority of administrative functions. For instance, when I tried to setup the PAB for our organization, I had to jump around the KnowBe4 site just to find the information on how to accomplish the configuration. When I finally went through all the steps, only some of the computers were able to utilize the PAB, while others were never configured. The installation should also include some troubleshooting tips for when it doesn't work, and some type of notification of misconfiguration would be nice. As it stands once the installation and configuration process is finished, the only way you know if your successful is for the PAB to show up on the user's Gmail account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue that KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has helped us solve it getting users to recognize potential malicious situations and security vulnerabilities. Before we started using KnowBe4, IT was in a completely reactive mode, cleaning up infected computers and performing damage control on accounts. Now, after only about a year with KnowBe4, the number of security incidents has dropped dramatically. Users are even questioning ill-written legitimate emails that they receive.
