User awareness is an important aspect of any security program.
What do you like best about the product?
The phishing simulations are probably the most helpful tool, at least for our organization. Being able to show examples of benign "malicious" emails has helped users spot real phishing attempts much more easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, we have our users tell us that the trainings can be just a bit dull. But, they also don't like having to sit through any kind of training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we first started with Knowbe4, I did a baseline phishing simulation. Our click through rate was >20%. After trainings and simulations, that dropped, and is consistently <5%. I'd say that's a huge improvement, and definitely worth the cost of the subscription.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We have seen a dramatic decrease in the rates that users fall for phishing schemes. In my opinion, user awareness is one of the most important aspects of any security program. I would highly recommend this service.

What do you like best about the product?
Having the module to track employee training and be able to print this for exams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to assign training as easily to board members if they don’t have an email address that has been added as a verified domain.

Providing the required training and reporting for staff and examiners.
Great Support, Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the responsiveness of the Support team.
I recently took over the IT manager position and they went through the initial set up again with me as if I were a new customer. That allowed me to quickly get a handle on how it works and how to set up phishing campaigns. The phish alert button integrated in outlook saves me a lot of headaches. Users just click it and I can review it instantly.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing but I am only a few months into using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users were clicking on emails that looked legitimate but were scams.
Since we began using KnowBe4 the rate of that happening has dropped significantly. It has helped train them in what to look for and if they are unsure they just click the phish button.

Great tool to help end users
What do you like best about the product?
I like the huge selection of ever-changing test phishing templates. They're always changing to reflect current real world threats and events to help end users get a realization of what to look out for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had tried the vishing tests at one point and they were so recorded/fake that it felt a bit obvious to me; I did however get a couple users to enter private information, so maybe it worked just fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have noticed the vast majority of my end users are now VERY aware of attempted phishing emails and when our spam filter doesn't catch them, my end users typically do, or at least they come to me to question it which is exactly what my goal is.
Great customer training and support
What do you like best about the product?
Our customer success manager was a great guide in understanding what our business needed and helping us to get set up and running. The graphs and interfaces are easy to understand and provide useful information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see PhishER integrated with the KnowBe4 dashboard. I'd love to be able to view all that information in a single pane.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The combination of the Security Awareness training and Phish Alert button in Outlook has greatly improved both our users awareness and reporting of potential threats. KnowBe4 also provides easy to read reports that I can provide to our President, board members, and auditors to show our training and progress.
Cost effective and Human effective
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of courses available for all attention spans, skill levels, and leadership levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is I wish it was easier to modify a campaign. There are easy work arounds but wish there was a master button to modify everything of a launched campaign.

Teaching awareness to all levels of the organization.
Great content, extremely confusing interface
What do you like best about the product?
The content is massive. You are sure to find something applicable to your needs.

The campaign interface is beyond confusing. It does provide a lot of options but it needs to be more intuitive.

Our users have become versed in different cyber threats. We have not had any breaches since we started training with KnowBe4.

their integration with managing users. its very challenging to add users and keep them updates.

Thre are a lot of firewall installed but when the users click on suspicious link the cyber defiance becomes weak
Great Platform for the Price
What do you like best about the product?
The easy access to tons of content is amazing. The interface is fairly easy to use and navigate and they have excellent support and articles to assist you along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Modstore needs some search optimization. Often even if you know the exact title and publisher of a training you still are not able to locate it in a search. PhishER has some holes in the logic behind it in my opinion, for example if you delete a threat email instead of just quarantining it all records of the user reporting it, and everything else are deleted completely. Seems like a bad idea to have to keep known threats hanging around in a user folder for them to accidentally click someday if you want to be able to know the details or monitor any metrics around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using KnowBe4 to eliminate all excuses users can come up with for being terrible at security. It also is a great way to provide more focused and kind of penalized training for those who are poor performers instead of punishing everybody with the same training when only a handful are the problem.
Top of the line security training
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has a great selection of cybersecurity training material calibrated to the average end user. It's easy to sort by topic and select information specific to different levels of the company. For example, we have all new hires complete the 45 minute training, and we follow up with additional 5-10 minute trainings throughout the year. These additional trainings can be focused on entry level staff or the highest levels of management, depending on what we feel we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too often, cool new trainings go on the highest service tiers. There also seems to be some lack of communication about how exactly new features work together with old ones, like the auditing package or the PhishER. We also sometimes go a long time without hearing from our rep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The base level of cybersecurity awareness in our company has improved exponentially, from front-line customer service staff all the way to the C-level. Employees now ask questions and think before they click.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's an incredible product for the price.
