Great information security awareness platform
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and with several customized templates. The customer support is very good and helpful when it's necessary to talk to them. There are several options of trainings in English.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few options of trainnings deppending on the language you choose. In Portuguese there are few updated translations and there ones that are available have in the title dates such as 2019, 2018 and others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are some issues such as translations, some confusing questions and some questions are very complex or technical comparing with the other questions in the same assessment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Deppending on the sector it's good to decide the order of the trainings. Some of them are very difficult and could be used by the IT department. Other ones are easier but can be hard for most of the employees. It is also good to think of the impact of the training and how it can improve the cyber security skills and the behaviour inside the company.

What do you like best about the product?
best trustworthy interesting security training, all info intake is valuable with best knowledgeable people in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing least disliked as everything is valuable and interesting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The security awareness had noticeably increased after attended some sessions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of real world templates they have available. You're able to get templates that are in the news or current events related.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how we have to turn on automatically download pictures in exchange, in order to pull the logos they link to in their templates. Outside of that no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are lowering our average click rate and credentials given ratio. The training KnowBe4 offers is superb.
Great presentation
What do you like best about the product?
The engaging and great explanations. I think it was well presented.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t think there was a downside. There were many interesting questions about things I didn’t think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely understanding how to find and solve problems.
Security Awareness Training Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like the variety of training material offered by KnowBe4, from a TV series to posters and many educational short videos that are really simple to understand to the users and make our lives easier as information security professionals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any negative experience yet, I think the GDPR training could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The phishing clicking rate has decreased in the organization, and the Security Awareness has improved a lot among users.
Best Security Awareness Training platform, no contest!
What do you like best about the product?
Large pool of security training content, that can be customized for any kind of company at any maturity level. Simulated phishing is very believable, and tricks even the most savvy of employees. The Inside Man is the most entertaining, and valuable security training I have ever seen, and impresses everyone that takes it. Platform feels very well made, and the UX is fantastic in providing a premium experience for learners. API for integrating with other platforms or writing metrics or reporting from the learning platform. The PhishER SOAR platform is able to be integrated with SIEM systems, and makes cleaning up REAL phishing campaigns a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing about KnowBe4 itself that I don't like, they adapt very quickly and iterate on new features/capabilities on a regular basis. There are a few minor things in the KSAT dashboard that are not the most straight forward to figure out without help from an account representative, but nearly nothing is impossible to achieve within the platform. The only thing that is a problem is anti-competitiveness by some email platforms that like to flag KnowBe4 simulated emails as actual phishing, and refuse to fix their logic. I won't mention any specific vendor names, but those companies know exactly who they are and should be ashamed of themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phish prone clickers quickly learn things they need to be watching out for in emails, email responses to the simulated phishing emails are recorded and tracked, entertaining training material that helps to identify blind spots across physical security, cyber security, operational security, and the traditional types of material needs to be protected, how, and why. It even covers Insider Threat, which most security awareness tools do not spend much time on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
No need to look any further, KnowBe4 has your security training, simulated phishing, vishing, usb drop, and even LMS needs covered. You will be hard pressed to find a platform better at managing cyber security training.
Great way to educate computer users in a company
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create and schedule regular testing on this solution is fantastic. The monthly test that is being sent, helps us to see it we are getting better as an organisation overall, or if there are specific people/areas that need attention or additional training. The range of training, and the regular additional videos/presentation around holiday and special events are also a nice and relevant form of training. I also find the ability to adjust the level of "deceitfulness" of the test emails being sent particularly useful. Being able to very closely mimic official correspondence from the organisation lets us push our users further once they become good at spotting the more easily recognisable test emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about the solution from my viewpoint. It is providing a solution that clearly addresses a need for improving cybersecurity in organisations that are connected to the internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing a regular testing and training solution, and helps me feel better about the knowledge level of our employees in spotting phishing emails. Not having to spend hours going over training with people that do not need it has given me back a large amount of time. Being able to focus the training on those that are most in need each month helps to ensure we are using the most of the valuable team that the team has.

KnowBe4 should cover India based compliance regulation as well as regional training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We strongly believe that Security awareness is the first level of defense and knowBe4 helps us to make such awareness across the user about Phishing email, Different social engineering activity, Identity, and access management..etc.
Employees become responsible as well responsive to report short of malicious acts. so that the security team can respond to it and take the necessary action.

I strongly recommend using KnowBe4 for security awareness and Phishing assessment.
Great Product with lots of insights and automation
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to setup campaigns and also the ability to get managers involved in making sure employees complete them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes the videos could be a little more light hearted as there is a repetitious tone throughout most of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We quickly noticed how much user awareness this has brought. We have pretty much scared the users to a point where they even ask us about legitimate emails to check before they do anything with them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not let this be something that you wait to do at your company. For the cost per user of this product it is a no brainer and will shows ROI in the first month. We could not be happier by making this addition to our network security.
Great Program

The availability of learning material and the quantity of pre-generated templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The manual user addition interface is cumbersome.

We have too many people that click on email links.
