This Training helps me find unsolicited spam emails and safe guard us.
What do you like best about the product?
Explaining in brief about security and its disadvantage is best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike but a suggestion to make UI more friendly while showing interactive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No spam emails saving time and peace for self and my company.

For those who are looking for security and awareness training I would suggest KnowBe4 is Best to learn and increase your knowledge to safe guard yourself and your companies data.
KonwBe4 - Works as advertised. Reduced the number of phishing emails clicked on and replied to.
What do you like best about the product?
Our users click on far fewer phishing emails compared to the first few times that we tested them. Dramatically reduced the number of fake emails that our staff actually replied to or gave up personal info to. We try to find a balance between diligence and annoying our staff. You can use cookie cutter training campaigns or customize them for your environment. They have short optional remedial video training, also.
Active Directory integration was simple to implement. Was obviously a necessary component.
We haven't had the time to roll out the phishing report button yet, but plan to in the near future.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not a legit complaint, but the support works very hard to remind you to test users regularly.
Users occasionally complain, but usually the embarrassment of failing the training emails keeps those complaints to a minimum.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and it provided complete solution from testing to follow-up trainings. You can use each module individually or link them together as a program.
The ability to integrate to AD allows easy grouping to user by department, location, functions, or any custom data field. Contents gets regular updates, you will always find new template and training modules. You can run test daily, weekly, monthly to the whole enterprise or to selected group. And you can create targeted training for user who failed or a training for everyone.
Their support and account manager always available for help with the solution or if you need new ideas for the campaign.

What do you dislike about the product?
There really nothing to dislike about the solution. Many other solutions doesn't cover the wide ranges of the campaign capabilities. I would say an area of improvement is reporting capability, the data is there but a more robust reporting dashboard maybe helpful. Currently I have to download the data into csv and using spreadsheet and presentation slides to complete the report for the management teams.

Regular security awareness training, with history and record to follow-up. And a training module to pair up with the campaigns.
Most of the solution would only provide campaigns or training, Knowbe4 has all. In additional it can be set for user grouping which very helpful when sending out targeted campaigns with matching contents for users role and function.

Understand what your needs are as a whole program and the contents available.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, and to create the phishing and training campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that I can't download the videos. In the instructions said we can download the videos, but I don't see the option. I don't know if it's something in the role that I have assign but I'm the account admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All employees have improved in the way they can detect phishing. Previously in a test, they failed more than 50%, now only less than 8% fail a campaign.

It is a tool that really works to keep employees alert and able to correctly detect phishing in order to avoid information theft or fines to the company.
Gets the job done with really neat features
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is great at Phish Training and the password strength and repeat checker (I forgot what they call it) is really helpful for making sure our employees are correctly rotating their passwords. It's incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are lots of things you can do with KnowBe4, but it often only gets used for the most simple tasks - shorting us out on getting the best ROI potential. This isn't necessarily KnowBe4's fault, but when we talk about security KnowBe4 is one of the last things we mention. Other tools we have are more important and do more than KnowBe4.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Within our organization, we use KnowBe4 for phish training and ensuring that our employees are staying compliant with our password policies. I'm sure there are a few other things we use it for, but those are the main features we use. We've been able to find our most vulnerable employees who are susceptible to clicking links or reusing known passwords and help train them to avoid those pitfalls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
KnowBe4 is great, but it's easy to forget you have it. It's only as good as long as you use it. Make sure you remind yourself to do a phishing campaign or other security checks, otherwise it doesn't do much for you.
KB4 Makes the Management of Security Awareness Training Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The library contains a lot of relevant content, which is refreshed on a regular basis. This helps keep the training up to date and prevents users from becoming bored, aiding with engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smart groups don't account for all of my complex use cases, so there are times when I need to do some manual work and some juggling to get people in the right training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have auditable information about our security awareness training program, which is a must-have for different security certifications and client requirements. Additionally, educating users is very important in keeping our organization safe and KB4 does a good job of it.

What do you like best about the product?
Great topics! Content is engaging. Phishing templates are amazing. Provides real world fake phishing emails and customized landing pages show the user what to look for in phishing emails. Over all very pleased with the system. Their videos are great! We have used the videos in our annual training for the last 3 years and they get better every year. They keep the user engaged and educated. We also utilize the tips emails for reminding our users what to look for and additional training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really the only downside i see is the lack of names used to send the fake emails from. The system does use names of managers and supervisors in emails, but when they create names to send emails as, it tends to be just a couple. End users could become aware of the names and not necessarily because of what to look for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our requirement to train our end users. We are a hospital and it is very important that our end users do not fall victim to phishing emails. We have realized that our end users are paying attention to the emails that are coming in, and our phish prone % is dropping.

Just purchase it!!! You wont be disappointed at all!

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the training that KnowBe4 offers, as well as the simulated phishing attacks and reporting available on how your users did against tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some troubles getting the "Phish Alert" button to work on Macs. KnowBe4 has been engaged, but so far has not found a solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without some sort of mechanism to test your users, you will never know how they would do under a real phishing campaign. This tool allows us to test, report, and train users. This allows us to show our board how we are doing, and how we are improving.

Training and phishing campaigns are very flexible. Support is top nothx
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are too many options. Having ability to have specify the top 3-5 courses for an admin would be great (while still having access to the rest for those that want more). Also...would be great to have every course as a non-skip option as a default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General user awareness to security. Kevin’s videos on how an attack occurs is concise and great for people to see.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Experience has been great. Get recommendations from your KB4 before talking to any mgmt to propose the training courses, phishing setup, the cadence, rollout of the phish alert button. Think about how you want to handle potential phish emails from users vs how they are currently handling them.
