Easy to use and everything you need
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training makes it easy to provide relevant training to employees to make them more secure in a data driven world. The ability to provide phishing training helps to enforce the concepts they should be learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see some additional training on Data Privacy and some specific trainings on spotting spear-phishing emails and how to respond to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are required to provide Cybersecurity Training for our staff and KnowBe4 helps with that. It also helps us provide phishing emails to staff to test their knowledge and retrain to make sure they are retaining the concepts. It also helps us to know where we stand on phishing emails so we are aware of our risks and try to reduce them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. As one of the pioneers of Security Awareness training and phishing tests, the systems works as it should and allows you to collect the data you need and provide the training you need to users.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling phishing campaigns is very intuitive. With all the many options for the campaign and training, it is a very valuable product. The reports are very straightforward and the training follow-up is automated and easy to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were getting quite a bit of users falling for phishing that made it through our email filtering. Since we implemented KnowBe4 a year ago, we have more users who are more careful with clicking on unknown links in emails and have been notifying IT about these.
Implementing DMARC webinar was very informative
What do you like best about the product?
He was able to successfully cover a wide range of topics in a short period of time and I felt like I had a better understanding of the topic when it was over.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not dislike anything in particular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For this particular session, I can go to my supervisor with an informed opinion on the topic. Free training is always a benefit.
Phishing testing and training raises confidence in our organization
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to utilize the system to require staff to receiving training based on their response to phishing tests
What do you dislike about the product?
It was difficult to set up as an O365 customer but support was dilligent and helpful for our success
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had Phishing compromises, one that provided credentials. The testing and training has brought awareness to our users to check their email for several factors before responding and avoiding links when possible.
Amazing product and amazing customer service!
What do you like best about the product?
The fantastic support from our account specialist blows other vendors out of the water. Many times I experience issues with getting questions answered and even getting email responses from specific vendors. KnowBe4 reaches out to me and schedules quarterly calls to make sure I am aware of any new features and see anything I need help with implementing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that the training is available in different price tiers. Many times something I need for education is only offered in the highest tier, and I would have to go through another capital approval process to change our subscription. I would prefer if all online training was provided for a flat fee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are increasing user awareness of phishing and scam attempts that would potentially cause a data breach or ransomware situation in our organization. Through their testing and training, we have consistently seen an improvement in the number of users reporting potential scams and phishing emails.
Automation and integration with our SSO makes management super easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to automate the entire process from user account management via SSO integration to setting up testing and auto configuring training assignements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can specifically point to - like it all very much
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User awareness of what a phish email looks like. Also, frequent testing helps keep our users alert to messages that get past our email firewalls.

Use it - it makes like easier!
Does simulated Phish testing and user analysis very well
What do you like best about the product?
Automated campaigns with remedial training have proven very helpful. The Phish Alert button has also proven very helpful in improving user phish submission.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training content isn't as customizable as I would like to see. Even with the Platinum subscription content seems somewhat limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization is increasing its security posture with ever-evolving phishing and social engineering threats.
Great Software for Training Users on Security
What do you like best about the product?
This software is so easy to use; it integrates with Active Directory and emails users when they need to take training. We get really good management reports. We've set up new hire workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of anything, the software works well, it is easy for users to go through their training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training users to watch out for suspicious emails, not to click on links. Not only does it help the employees at work, but it also helps them with their home computers/emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
KnowBe4 is a great software to keep users informed of security issues. Be sure to notify your users in advance of implementing the product.
The best training templates and educational resources in the business
What do you like best about the product?
All the different content you can use for phishing simulations. They also allow brand name content to be used. Very easy to customize anything (phishing emails, landing pages, education pages).
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could edit the assessments you can give for training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training users about phishing without them putting the company at risk. We have more users than we thought who are wiling to give up their credentials.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth the demo and highly recommend getting PhishER with it.
Not Impressed
What do you like best about the product?
It was not particularly time consuming, but I also didn't learn anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emails are not professional. Doesn't this company have a logo or something they can use on Gmail? I reported one of their emails to my supervisor because it was suspicious, and then got an email from "knowbe4" about having failed a phishing test. This was not an acceptable use of my time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It did not solve any problems or create any particular benefit. It did create some problems for me.
