What do you like best about the product?
The thoroughness of the interface and options available to the user are very impressive but done in a simplistic way that is not overcomplicated like a lot of applications.

The Mod store makes it confusing as to what is available for your license. The default should be to show what you have access to, not show things you cannot use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped train all of our staff on the severe security risks in the workplace, and helps us identify areas that need more focus with the Phishing Test program.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes seeing the same repetitive presentations can be annoying. However, each person is different. Some may need more exposure to the same training than others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We realize benefits daily through prevention of accidental click-through to threats.

The all-inclusive service, from training to reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
That there are limited number of courses, translated to the languages we need. This means we will have to choose different courses based on the language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to train our employees in Cyber awareness, which has been accomplished. We see KnowBe4 as a powerful tool and service in this area.
Complete, efficient, easy to use and implement.
What do you like best about the product?
The content is excellent, and the platform is very user-friendly. It offers a wide range of features, which I really appreciate. I also love the availability of multi-language content. Implementation was straightforward, and the customer support has been outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Following-up with people that doesn't do their training is the downside. We escalate to manager but even some of them doesn't follow-up properly. We are integrating it in our official policies and will think at ways to penalise the staff that doesn't comply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We improved our situation a lot. We started with a failure rate of almost 25%, after about a year into the program we are down to around 5% which is a clear improvement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We looked at a few products but we are really happy with our choice, great product, great support, amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the sheer amount of varied and quality content is the best feature of the KnowBe4 platform. They are always adding content and I've never had to use the same module more than once in 2 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer more "gamified" content that is more interactive than just listening to someone talk and then taking a quiz. I do like the little video episodes with actors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our 1000+ users have increased Cyber Security awareness, are less Phish prone, and I hear about it from them quite often. I think the platform has been instrumental to us not being hit with ransomware.

Interactive content is largely game based, and not professional to our execs.

TherOne potential downside of KnowBe4 is its pricing model. The platform charges per user per year, which can be expensive for larger organizations. However, given the high cost of a data breach, the investment in cybersecurity training is likely to be worthwhile.e isn't much not to like. Having more integrations with systems would be great.

Getting out staff to meet the training requirements has been a god send. Having the training in one place has also made the administration easier

It was excellent to know more about security information. The stimulation and content of the program were perfect. I will look forward to more details. The quality of the vendor's learning management system is really appreciable. It would be great if they could add more content by comparing the latest trends in the market

Overall the product is excellent, but it would be nicer if we had more training, more content, and documentation to follow for the installation procedure. Also, if there are more videos on how to perform the deployment and setup, the product would be more appreciable.
