KnowBe4 - Great tool that impacts the user side of security
What do you like best about the product?
I believe that the KnowBe4 training on phishing, social engineering, and other user focused security is very helpful and helps improve our security posture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the required training with deadlines comes at very busy time that adds to a busy schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use KnowBe4 to educate users on how to spot a phishing attack, how to avoid social engineering scams and more. I believe we are seeing an increased level of awareness in our user community.

What do you like best about the product?
It contains a wide variety of very useful tools and good support for users, quite intuitive and very helpful. The handling of the tool has been of great help for the diversity of personnel that we manage, this has been of great help to us, the platform is accessible and allows us to keep a review of our progress this training follow-up makes us see our strengths and weaknesses about our knowledge in this new digital era that has encompassed us and that many people now use as a lifestyle
What do you dislike about the product?
In truth, we have not had many inconveniences to report, they have not been enough situations for us to stop liking them. generally language support has been one of the biggest things that has affected us but it is not something that relevant, For example the training videos have some kind of delay in the subtitles but it is not relevant
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intrusion problems, mishandling of information, disorder that has put security at risk have been solved. This has helped us to maintain a better order and peace of mind regarding the handling of information, staff have managed to identify various circumstances of attacks that generally occur and have been overlooked most of the time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very good tool that helps them to train with real life examples and improve safety in daily life

What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of content in several languages. It allows to create training campaigns and reminds managers automatically. It allows to do simulated phishing exercises.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the metrics could have ways to be more granular (or detailed).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the employees, contractors and directors can be fully trained which not only lowers the risk of the organization but also help us to comply with regulations.
Knowb4 excellent platform for Cyber Security training
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and adminster. Excellent Analytics to help guide decisions
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had a more k-12 focus for compliance training. See the company "safe schools" You all do a better job and would love to have knowb4 for everything
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love the monthly phishing campaigns. It is really helping our employees to be vigilant about what emails they click on when they read their emails.
Very solid solution for our Phishing training!
What do you like best about the product?
Content is very good. Deployment was easy and reporting is solid. Ability to select and tweak phishing programs and complexity and focus on more "click happy" users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the Phishing campaigns are a bit too obvious (almost too easy) and while the "learning" that accompanies the user who fails to detect the phish is good, it could have a little more professional appearance...but it is effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phishing and Social Engineering of our technology users. We selected KnowBe4 to test our user populations base knowledge and have since ramped up our campaigns to consistently test/phish and educate. Our click-through numbers have dropped dramatically (50-60% fewer clicks).
A helpful training resource for End-users
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can customize and create a phishing campaign for your organization. It even includes some useful and realistic phishing templates and provides a helpful visual report of your organization's Risk Score. I also love that they offer webinars and are always up-to-date with the latest threats and phishing attacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features like the KCM GRC and full access to their training materials are only available if you get a higher subscription tier. We hope that this more features are added to lower tier subscription or keep the prices cheaper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A phishing campaign is an effective way to teach employees to spot deceptive messages and help combat phishing. Making these campaigns successful requires planning, communication, and analysis. Knowbe4 helps to make these campaigns successful and easy to manage.

If you need to create a simulated phishing campaign for your organization and assign specific training for users, knowbe4 can definitely help.

What do you like best about the product?
The phishing and training programs are fantastic. It is beneficial to set up campaigns and have them automatically sent out while changing emails on the phishing end. Then to create training campaigns that are quick and simple for our staff. Whenever I have questions, the support is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult for us to come up with a dislike. I think the dislike would be the number of emails I receive asking if this email is a phishing email, which is also a good thing as the users are asking questions. We have not implemented the Phish Alert button yet, but that will reduce those emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the biggest problem is always your users. They are another line of defense when it comes to security. The phishing campaigns have people reading emails, and they stop and think before clicking on a link.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This program is fantastic for doing Security Awareness training. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to add this to their organization.
Videos make for memorable learnings
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 understands that we each have different learning pathways. They offer surveys, videos, definitions, items to read, watch and listen to meet practitioners where they work best.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike. No one wants to stop their day, so it's nice (well, maybe not exactly) to get pinged to complete trainings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While I can't speak for the whole company, I appreciate the regular reminders for the safest practices and learning what are emerging best practices. If the human element is the weakest link in security, I welcome the opportunity to strengthen my skills.
The right stuff
What do you like best about the product?
The system's ease of use is one of the most significant factors in providing appropriate and on-time training.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about the system; with many how-to's and prebuilt directions, the system is easy to maneuver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phishing tests allow us to identify weak areas or groups to provide more training to individuals lacking some of the skills in cyber security.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Suppose your company has the finances to purchase when considering KnowBe4, get the complete package of training available. KnowBe4 has many good products can make a difference in training.

Nothing to note here. Have no complaints at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The purpose was to educate and train users to be better at recognizing and avoiding scam and other hazardous emails. The number of emails being opened has been reduced to less then 4% and many of those are new employees just beginning the training.
