Great Training Content/Excellent Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The training content is diverse, relevant, and concise. The management platform is sophisticated and versitile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the platform is sophisticated, it is also complex and requires some dedicated training and focus to master.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating much greater awareness of security threats among our general employee population. We are seeing dramatically fewer security incidents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure that you have allocated adequate staff resources to manage this tool and monitor training campaigns. With appropriate staff attention, you can get a lot of value from this solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Simply put, the wide variety and excellent content available prevent user burnout.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that I'd like more 5 - 10 minute videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem solved is user burnout. With less repeated training, more attention is paid to the topic at hand.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use of the system. The content is extremely detailed but also easy to follow. They provide a lot of extra content as well as important information to send out to all users to properly educate them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do believe they need to include a bit more content on some of the smaller levels of offerings they have. With SMBs, sometimes, regardless of how important security awareness is, they cant afford the Platinum level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security awareness across the board. Finding the users that need the most out of the training to ensure we protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data and our customers data.

The length of the modules, along with the up-to-date content that all employees and family can relate to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to highlight here, no complaints.

Ensuring employees have up-to-date security awareness training that they can apply at work and at home.
Excellent awareness platform
What do you like best about the product?
First of all I got a lot of positive feedback from our users, especially because we use content in their local language. On the administration side the platform got a lot of very usefull features:
SSO with AD
Direct Message Injection (saves you a lot of trouble with simulated phishing emails getting blocked)
Smart Groups (do not underestimate this and it is not the same at all as static groups)
Very flexible reminder system
You can add your own content.
"Red flags" on landing pages for simulated phishing emails (adds education to the simulated phishing process)
The Phish Alert Button (Actually free for everyone to use :-) )
Easy to use administration interface with export possibilities everywhere.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Active Directory integration requires that you install some component on your DC, I think better solutions exists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did a simulated phishing before stating with KnowBe4 where 20% of our 2000 users clicked the malicious link. After the training this dropped to 10% and after 4 months with monthly simulated phishing it dropped further to 5%, which was actually our goal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you fully understand "Smart Groups" and "Direct Message Injection", it will save you a lot of time using these features.
There is a reasone they are the market leader
What do you like best about the product?
Awareness is all about Content - and KB4 has a ridiculous amount of relevant content in all the languages we need ranging from classic "questionnaire" to modern Netflix-style videos. The Phishing simulation is spot on, and the possbility to do both high-level and very low-level edits based on your capabilities and targets much appreciated. Finally, the dedicated customer success manager is very helpful in getting you across the first hurdles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration into AD was "painful" despite the seemingly easy tool - configuration is a mess. It would greatly benefit from a GUI that allows selecting what to sync from the AD instead of having to do trial and error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have done awareness training in the past but on a "one-shot" basis only and without any success control. KB4 allows us to start with a structured approach with real success criteria. The modern style content also helps us motivate our employees to actually take the courses and remember the content.

The content is updated and have a library with examples to create campaigns

The templates are challenging to customize. For example, including your corporate colors or logo could be difficult.
In addition, if you want to create one campaign and then update the content when new content is available, you can't do it; you have to create a new campaign.

Mandatory Training, phishing campaigns, report phishing button, monthly communication campaigns.

A Live chat would be great, we don't allow the upload of Screenshots and would be useful a live chat to solve the issues.

KnowBe4 is an effective easy resource for prepairing anyone for security threats.
What do you like best about the product?
The wide variety of pre-made templates allow you to randomize a vast collection of emails to send to users. The freedom to just let KnowBe4 run and not have to worry about constantly adminstrating it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of different links in KnowBe4 that take you to similar areas but don't give you the same abilities. Ex: when trying to view the results of a phishing campaign, there are at least three different ways to view the users, and they all have various limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users are considerably more aware when it comes to suspicious emails—the number of emails that get reported increases every cycle of the campaigns. The best benefit KnowBe4 offers is: after set-up, it is virtually hands-free.

It is likely the best security awareness training company on the market.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature I like best with KnowBe4 is their phish-rip feature. The phish-rip feature allows us to scan all our user's emails to delete phishing and spam emails automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not knowing how to use all the features. I feel I could do more with more training. Sure, I could read through all the KnowBe4 documentation, but I would rather have quick videos to show me how to utilize the product features more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finding IOC's effectively and can mitigate them as they come in. Specifically, we are able to block malicious senders and extract malicious URL's that we can block with our security tools.
