KnowBe4 has worked well for us
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 allows us to educate our users and easily run test campaigns to assess their comprehension and real-world application of what they learned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the trainings try to be entertaining/ funny which can end up being a bit cheesy and annoy some users. All the trainings are relevant and seem to be an acceptable length for our users, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training allows us to educate all our users easily, track all their training, run customized campaigns to test their knowledge, pinpoint those who need more training, and meet our Cybersecurity Insurance requirements.
Good for non-it people

Covering basic concepts for user that otherwise might not grasp security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Redundant for IT people that are already aware of basic security

Solves user education problems concerning cyber security

Knowbe4 is very easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Knowbe4 has been a great help in training and testing out users and keeping them aware of the phishing dangers that are out there.
They also have a very competent support team that will walk you through setting up your entire account.

What do you dislike about the product?
Knowbe4 does no have much to dislike. My only complaints are that I cant find options that I know exist, but I am still learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is showing up the competency of our users in fishing out phishing emails and we are targeting problem users and assigning them more relevant pieces of training.

What do you like best about the product?
The support is always amazing. There have been times when we let our content get a little stale and our assigned account reps are always check in and see how they can help get the most out of the subscription. They also make reccommendations and are always willing to go through the platform and fine tune it.
What do you dislike about the product?
New features are usually behind a pay-wall of the highest Diamond subscription. It would be nice to get some of the cool new features in the Platinum level. This is understandable though becasue they have an impressive product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teaching our end users to be aware of bad actors and how to decipher phishing emails.
Endless Content with no lack of Quality
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of content offered, from phishing emails to training modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall organization and how the platform lays things out can be a bit of a curve to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem has the right content to attract multiple types of groups, and they target the most basic to most advanced users and anything in-between.
Comprehensive high level security training program for large workforces
What do you like best about the product?
Real life examples of phishing. Very good simulations and content.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's more to security awareness than just phishing like malware, product vulnerabilities, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a major breach in January and since then security awareness has become a mandatory thing for all employees. In addition to Knowbe4 the goal is to make all employees more security conscious.

What do you like best about the product?
Breaking down concepts into understandable and relatable information.
What do you dislike about the product?
More interactive exercises to test users' understanding are useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Uncovering techincal jargon into practical and relevant concepts that users can apply directly and immediately.
I like what KnowBe4 has to offer however more new, timely releases of content would be a welcome

I do not have anything specific to provide but one of our OpCo's stated they like the series training.
