Tech support is great and the training is right on target

new materials are always being added monthly

would like to have a filter to filter only the information in the language desired

Added new inventive ways of phishing such as QR Codes but would like to see the VOTE feature to be integrated into Outlook itself

What do you like best about the product?
More information is good. The service helps to raise awareness of security threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service asks users to accept emails from KnowBe4 which are very similar to actual threats. This clouds the water and could cause people to be more vulerable

Lack of knowledge around security threats is a problem. More information is good

I wish there was more new content in training

We have had a massive reduction in clicking bad emails, people are just better aware of scams and false emails

What do you like best about the product?
ease of use, it works well and the reps find it easy to navigate. It's been a useful tool for us to teach the company overall, and get a lot of training out quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing in particular to dislike about the training. It's interesting and informative and I believe it is done in the best way it could possibly be done.

We run a business where security is critical. The security awareness training allowed us to get a lot of basic security knowledge out to our employees in a quick and easy to understand way.

What do you like best about the product?
The training modules are short enough to keep your interest and informative enough to be effective. We have been able to demonstrate the effectiveness of the training by running attack simulation tests and showing improvement in our user behavior over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Security improvements to the Microsoft cloud make it difficult to run the testing campaigns against our users. We have implemented all of the recommended changes to allow KnowBe4 to bypass the security to run an attack simulation, but that doesn't work. Microsoft still quarantines every single email message as spam and I have to manually release 1000 emails every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we used KnowBe4 many of our users would just click on anything they got in email without thinking about it. Now some of our worst offenders actually take the campaign testing emails and mark them up with all of the red flags and send them to us with a note telling us they're not falling for that again. It really has made the business more secure.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about KnowBe4 is the seamless integration into our network and the ability to simulate phishing attempts for all users.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I least dislike is noting at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the immediate and future need to train, educate, and re-train our staff on threats that could potentially be real examples. It hammers home the words we speak to actually reality situations.

Easy to manage every aspect of your Security Awareness posture from training to Phishing simulations
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't had any downsides, if I was to comment I think the lack of content developed for 2022 is lacking a bit.

The staff awareness to potential threats and communicating this to our security staff
Informative, entertaining, and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The videos are short and entertaining, and easy to understand. A typical end user should be able to relate, and comprehend the topics discussed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i can think of is end users having to remember another password.

It is educating our users on cyber security threats. We also use it for phishing campaigns.
Great Enterprise Awareness Products
What do you like best about the product?
Phishing simulation and product vulnerabilities. It has great knowledgeable content which is useful for the end user. Learning management has a great framework.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface and web console look a little dated. Hope to see better-customized reporting. Maybe add more training content such as documentation or videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Require to provide training as part of our Information Technology and Cyber security audit and program. The variety of phishing and vishing templates with the ability to customize the content also supports different languages and is a great tool to target all employees.

Would like more video training and fewer cartoon ones.

Staff is more aware of how they can jeopardize our security without thinking. We've noticed much improvement in email phishing awareness and improved password protection.
