Easy to use and significant value.
What do you like best about the product?
The content is relevant and you can see and measure the progress that your staff are making as well as the company as a whole.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes we become too dependant on the tool when perhaps a deeper discussion with some people may be required. This is not a problem with the tool itself, but it's very good and I feel like sometimes it masks some deeper issues with certain staff and their understanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to focus our attention in other areas as we are a small IT Security shop and we know the awareness training part of things is covered with a robust solution.
KnowBe4 is an excellent online security awareness training platform
What do you like best about the product?
It offers a good variety of short to medium length courses that are up-to-date with current state of network security. The web interface is easy to use for end users and easy to manage for administrators. Setting up users is as easy as importing a CSV or linking to the Active Directory. Training campaigns are easy to set up. Testing is effective. Once you get the campaigns and tests scheduled, they run on their own, collecting data and generating reports. Overall, it's very low maintenance for an admin to keep a company's security awareness training going on KnowBe4
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't like about this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we are in the utility sector, security is of the utmost importance to us. Many of our employees are not technology-savvy therefore need a lot of repetitive training and ongoing continuing education to maintain security awareness and develop skills to identify and counter cyber threats. KnowBe4 provides a great solution to address our issues. Since implementing the program, our phish-prone score has drop significant from above the industry average at the time of baselining to well below it at present.

Increasing user awareness and helping protect our security

Helps train employees to recognize phishing emails which have beenone of our most significant issues.

Sometimes the training gets to be repetitive. Some monthly items are the same, just in a slightly different format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phishing, Smishing, social engineering, etc. The benefits are self-explanatory.
The best software for Phishing tools and training!
What do you like best about the product?
This is a full suite of software to defend your company against phishing threats by using applications and training. There isnt just one way to handle phishing threats with this system you have many different tools and many different types of training.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many options for training that it can be overwhelming at times and there are not always an easy way to find the training you need without previewing most of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software trains my users on how to spot phishing emails and how to report them. Second, it is great for general security awareness and tips for things like; social engineering and tailgaiting.
Great tool and easy to use. A game-changer for us.

The training tools are easy to use and there's a nice selection of materials from which to chose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the training campaigns is a little complex. The complexity has increased over the years as they added new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can initiate a training campaign very quickly, see how participants are doing and contact them with reminders, all through the portal. This helps us train new employees and provide remedial training when needed.
Peace of Mind with KnowBe4
What do you like best about the product?
The KnowBe4 Security Awareness training is highly interactive in nature and the course content/duration provides the right level of knowledge without being overbearing/onerous. In addition, KnowBe4 uses realistic scenarios and tests well for knowledge retention.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any particular dislikes about the training. It may be useful to know what the full range of training courses or offerings are, and recommendations on selecting the best starting point for an organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 helps raise the awareness level of real-world, actual threats that are commonly encountered at companies and in organizations. We learn about the typical indicators that may be associated with "bad actors" and how to avoid falling into these traps. We have found that our employees are less susceptible to these pitfalls once they have been trained.
Great platform for training users on Security and keeping them vigilant for Malicious email
What do you like best about the product?
It's relatively easy to setup and basically have it run itself for remedial training when someone fails a Phish test.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the admin portal can be a little buggy, and you can accidentally enroll folks in training you didn't mean to if not careful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are required to do annual security training, and this is an quick, easy way for us to implement that. Also, the phish testing makes our users much more vigilant.
Excellent product for training and testing
What do you like best about the product?
The test emails for phish testing are generated to look very real and present a great test for our staff. The training modules are interesting and the correct length, and very timely for current events.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i would change is the flow for adding/utilizing some training modules. I would prefer to just be able to select any of them and add the training but you have to first add it to your library. The web site overall is very well laid out and user friendly. There should also be an easier/better process for users without company email accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making our users very aware (and frustrated that management absolutely enforces its use!) and has vastly improved our position from an email security and web security position.
Great training experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like that they are up to date with their training, and we can train our employees on the current security issues. I have looked at other trainings, but they seem to work best for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not see any downfalls to this training, or anything that i disliked

They are helping us try to reach out to our end users to be aware of the security risks of malicious software, and phishing tactics to hopefully rid those from our company
