Great so far!
What do you like best about the product?
Awareness increase! We have seen a dramatic increase in Spam and Phish reports and a major decrease in the amount of failures we have had internally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity of the admin console can be a little daunting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showing users how easy it can be to fall prey to phishing or malicious emails.
Great product and fun way to learn about security.
What do you like best about the product?
The tools KnowBe4 provides help with training new employees along with keeping existing employees up to date with the current security trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I dislike. The product is very easy to use and understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that KnowBe4 is solving is increasing my end user's ability to recognize and mitigate a phishing attack.
KnowBe4 Rapidly Increases User Security Awareness
What do you like best about the product?
I love the wide range of training modules that can be used, as well as the notifications and reporting. The ability to upoad our own custom content is extremely useful and sets the platform apart from other vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Phishing training goes stale after a while, and people become wise to what is a phishing test and what isn't. They could do a better job of shuffling and adding new content to keep pace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No before programs the most important element of cybersecurity, the one we can't create code for, the human firewall. No one has time to do this ongoing traininig, and without constant continuing education, your cybersecurity platform has a gaping hole where humans enter the equation.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the interface. Quick learning curve for new administrators.
What do you dislike about the product?
The intial setup to import your active directory users can be a little cumbersome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping my users aware of the current security threats and is benefiting me everyday

The interface is really easy to use and navigate and tracks your progress well!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any negative feedback at this time.

A core business need for our company to meet certain audit requirements and security protocols for our employees.
A must have for every organization
What do you like best about the product?
Personalized campaigns, Automated process, graphing, reporting, new hire trainings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe reporting could be a bit better, overall its a solid platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Introducing cybersecurity to users with little or no technical use, teach users how to look for fraudelent emails, rewarding those who do well.

What do you like best about the product?
The KnowBe4 web console is very easy to use. I can create and implement phishing and training campaigns in minutes which is very helpful when juggling many other tasks or projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The placeholders in email templates have given me some trouble but support was able to help quickly. Sometimes it is difficult to find specific reports, but that is mainly due to the fact that there are so many features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4has great training courses for our end users which help with their security awareness. It is also great that I can generate reports to send to the higher-ups.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 truly automates everything and is really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. It is easy to use, and it "just works"!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is helping us keep compliant with our cyber security insurance, and cut down on security incidents.
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training in PHL
What do you like best about the product?
The portal and user interfaces are easy are easy to use and navigate. Creating different templates and training campaigns is easy and quick as well as automating training to users. Good reports provide a good overview of of our users' awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to have the ability to perform Smishing Security test with our corporate mobile phone users. Currently this option is not available. The current Phish Aler button does not work for GOV agencies and we would love to have that integrated with out O365 app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest challenge was educating and tracking the maturity of the awareness program and KnowBe4 provided a good platform to address these. In addition, the ability to customize templates that fits our environment is great.
One of the best Internet Safety training and testing applications out there!
What do you like best about the product?
The training that this application provides is great. They have a large library to choose from to help you tailor your training to the needs of a specific user, to company wide. They have a variety of ways that users can learn from interactive training to videos that tell stories. This solution also provides mock emails for training to help users apply what they have learned in a safe enviroment.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many dislikes that my organization notices. I wish there was a better way to dole out testing in terms of times, however, that is a tiny nit-pick on my side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So this solution has a multipronged approach to the issues it tackles. It trains users on how to use the internet safely and what to look for when they receive suspicious links, emails, or messages. This solution also tests the users on what they have learned via sending out mock emails and letting them know what to look for in the email if they clicked.
