Automation and content is top notch!
What do you like best about the product?
Automation, you can set up a campaign and have it run all year with users added and removed from training as they complete it. they also have plenty of content to give the users. Also, our account rep is amazing, Kudos to Jimmy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, the platform works great! If you are looking for a product this is the one you need!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User risk! We can clearly see a reduction in our click-prone percentage.
the training covered a lot of information that I need or help me to understand in all areas of IT

Like I mentioned above it provided me a lot os information that I need in my IT area and also helped me in another area that I did not know.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can be as involved as you like in the product or you can automate this and have it run smoothly. It will also generate reports to keep you in the loop with graphics for leadership.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is providing awareness to a company that grew overnight and did not understand the concepts of IT Security. It has reduced our risk rigor
Best user training tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
Content, the flexibility of its delivery, and reporting are the best parts of KB4's training tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Online KB articles can be kept with times a bit better, but it is not a deal breaker. Their support team is knowledgeable and is always responding promptly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is addressing that weakest link issue, human error due to ignorance. We have had a dramatic reduction in users getting phished. Now, they can better identify malicious email messages and have a better tool to report them using KB4's PAB, phish alert button. This also helps with phishing simulation testing campaigns, PAB reporting is intercepted by KB4 and we never see individual reporting. Instead, KB4 is compiling a report for phishing simulation campaign results.
Great security awareness training ... applicable content for all levels of users
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting feedback is excellent, and there's almost always something available that's relevant to your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know it's difficult, but keeping fresh, current content in the videos and other materials is very important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are committed to annual employee security training and KnowBe4 makes that easy to send out and track. We feel in a position of less risk from phishing, etc. because of the training and topics exposed to our employees.
Reinforce the on-line Security Awareness
What do you like best about the product?
The organization of the training material and the examples
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably instead of emphasizing on terminologies, providing more examples and real life cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An annual training helps me keep up the on-line security awareness - reinforces my existing knowledge and also allows me to learn new things.
Knowbe4 provides a depth of content at a good value
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of modules available across different security domains, as well as the large amount of phishing email example content for use as email exercises.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to host image content on knowbe4 to enrich exercise emails. It is an arduous process to have to find some other platform to host images to make more lifelike exercise emails.

What do you like best about the product?
All - The training is entertaining and informative with so many titles to choose from. The questions are not too easy nor too hard.

Nothing so far. I cannot think of any complaints.

phishing issues. It helps employees keep alert to phishing emails.
A very easy to use and manage system that supplies all security training requirements

Modules don't come out often enough, would like to see them more often

Training our users to recognize Phishing attempts and to be more aware of what is going on in the world related to hacking, phishing, ransomware.
