Innovative Security Awareness Trainings
What do you like best about the product?
As digitalisation and the "work from anywhere" model rapidly increased many companies started facing major issues and security threats. KnowBe4 managed to create a very innovative program to successfully raise Security Awareness amongst all the employees as a countermeasure. Another great point is many free resources to build a deeper understanding or even to advance professionally in terms of a Cybersecurity career.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I am looking forward to being upgraded is how much the training is hands-on and overall interactiveness. There is more space for real-world examples that trainees could analyse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is posing as a major countermeasure in the constantly ongoing fight against cyberattacks and threats. With social engineering being the most dangerous factor, a good education means the most.
We are utilize this platform, and most of our client users like it, and it really help !
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use! we can easily manage all the users and the client user easily understand the tricks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating with Office 365 is not always working. sometimes the email is blocked from the office 365 end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The training really shows the tricks on the attacker's behaviors.
Digitran 5 years after KnowBe4
What do you like best about the product?
We love that the KnowBe4 service provides consolidated record keeping of all CSA Training and Phishing campaigns for regulatory compliance auditing. We have 8 business unit across the US and KnowBe4 provides a centralized repository for all of our Cyber Awareness Training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found much to dislike with KnowBe4, they consistently update the service and add new features based on user comments. The system has evolved nicely over the past 5 years we have been using KnowBe4 for our Cybersecurity Awareness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Provides 90% of our Security Awareness Training for our Network users. Through this training we have seen our users develop a keen sense of potential threats and are identifying the warning signs. We have seen a vast improvement in all our user Security Awareness and New users can get up to speed quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
The examples given are excellent, very insigful and informative
What do you dislike about the product?
The videos could be longer, I have no other negative feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to filter fake emails within the security building and areas in general

Quick short videos that are very informative to end users that dont require a huge time investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Report Phishing button in Outlook should be able to be integrated into Knowbe4 to make the process easier for reporting emails.

Solving end users clicking on links and opening attachments that could harm the firm.
Lots of flexibility to test and train users on Information Security best practices

Ability to customize and modify campaigns to your organization's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is getting better but would like more customization and filtering capabilities.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping non-IT employees to understand the need to be cyber security aware, especially those employees who do not often use the computer but could impact the business if they were to click malicious links without understanding the impact.
KB4 - Fantastic products and top notch support
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, tons of training options including state and regulation required training. Automated processes to set and forget, AD integration, great documentation, superior and very personal support. Ability to export training to other LMS, great newsletters and collateral for visual awareness at remote facilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind with the Security Awareness Product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance and contractual obligations are met. Phish testing has improved awareness greatly. Employees take an interest in the material and it shows in their communication and actions.

What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward and hits all the main points. It does not take a long amount of time to complete the training. The information is current and relevant. It is the best security training product we have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see any downsides to using this solution. The product hits on all the major vulnerabilities end users can encounter. It is a great product that seems current with todays environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This training benefits our company by educating our work force on how to keep our data work place secure. Our end users are very proactive now after completing the training course.
Testing and training are effective.
What do you like best about the product?
Fake Phishing emails increase the focus on detecting this type of issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Completing testing after clicking on a test link takes time but it does force the user to focus on the issue prior to clicking on links.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps raise awareness for Phishing scams.
The application has all the features and functions you would want plus the support is fantasic.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the dashboard and reporting feature because it lets me know how the company and users are doing around security awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have used and tested other similar applications and found issues with them but at present nothing with KnowBe4.

KnowBe4's application and consistent information flow allow me to pass current information to my users as well as see how the company as a whole is doing to ensure its vulnerability is minimized.
