Easy answer to security awareness training
What do you like best about the product?
There are always plenty of relevant and engaging training samples to choose from. You don't have to be a training expert to run this Security Awareness program. They guide you through the process, and setting up automated escalations to get everyone compliant is very straightforward. We just implemented the targeted departmental training this year, which was well received.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of training material to go through. It's easy to get lost in all of it, but they do break it down nicely to help you focus on various areas. Maybe a wizard to help guide the selection if its not already there and I missed it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a significant employee turnover and a very young population. The training is easily targeted to help reduce the risks presented by phishing and provide easy-to-generate compliance reports for audit and risk assessments. Between the training, the phishing assessments and the ability to provide follow up training for problem clickers, this is a great program.

ease of use and the way you can save templates and the templates that come with the product

I haven't really found anything that I would say I disliked about the product

We have to do quarterly phishing campaigns as a requirement from our Board so the report that a campaign sends is super helpful to present to the board
An amazing solution for training employees
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is an amazing tool to conduct testing of employees for phishing and social engineering. They have amazing automation tools that cant help to ensure that employees are trained appropriately according to their risk. Their library of training is excellent and wide ranging. Finally, their add ons like social engineering tools are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint that I have is that the training needs to be updated. For example, some of the password training needs to be updated to meet newer requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KB4 is used to increase security awareness and to reduce our phishing risk. We've seen a significant drop in phishing risk and we've seen that successfully phished users often correlates with

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is how targeted each of their videos are. Some videos humorously focus on, an reinforces one infosec topic, while others go more in depth about the serious human factors at play in thinking about, and addressing, social engineering cyber threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Given the seriousness and ever-changing nature of cyber threats, I would like to see more frequent trainings focusing on more newsworthy cyber threat topics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is never dull. Associates look forward to viewing each training and it helps my team to maintain focus on cyber threats.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowB4 is an easy to use product that is easily implemented. Users like to use it and it is easy to administer.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have found no downsides. Users like to use it and it has been effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users were unawate of how to recognize and handle Phishing email. How they know what to do with IT's constant attention.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of options I have to choose from and my favorite aspect is the metrics that is provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to have any "Dislike", I would say that I would like KB4 to remove some of the outdated materials that have since been replaced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seen a definite reduction is failures during our phishing campaigns that we send out.
A wealth of content in a variety of languages
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the breadth of the training courses available in the KB4 library as well as their translation into multiple languages. This is very helpful for growing companies like ours. The bogger we are, the more threats we face, and having localized content aids everyone's understanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside would be the inability to edit. I would like to customize available modules to remove content that does not apply to us. I don't need to rebrand, just adjust content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a player in the healthcare IT space, we are under constant scrutiny and often even attack. We face phishing, smishing, hiring scams, and so on. So we need to remain vigilant and keep employees current on the latest threats.
Best Content Around
What do you like best about the product?
The trainings are short, sweet and right to the point. The content is written in a way that all users, at all levels of the organization can understand. The content is fresh and current and there is always material I can use to meet my organizations needs. The compliance plus content is awesome. I love how they broke down large courses into smaller chunk so that it isn't a timesuck for our leaders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the content is repetitive, meaning is the same material, just written in a different way or presented under a different motif. The content is still good, but it can take some time to filter and determine which content, made by which publisher is best for your organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had massive issues with users being able to discern a phishing email and other scams. Since implementing the training, we have seen a signinfanct increase in phishing emails reported and a reduction in compromised systems

What do you like best about the product?
I think the best thing about the training is that a lot of the modules incorporate some acting or a funny skit that helps the user stay engaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the training modules are very bland but then again there are many that are the complete opposite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems it is solving is providing users with education that will aid in them identifying future phishing attempts.
