Great product that help us to Awareness our Users
What do you like best about the product?
The training sessions are short, clear to understand, very well developed, in our language (Spanish/Portuguese)) and very clear and specific.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are very happy with the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users Awareness is key for us and KnowBe4 help us with this issue. The biggest benefit is lowering the risk of a cyber attack.

What do you like best about the product?
I found it to be effective in educating users on various online threats and strengthening our organization's overall security posture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the training modules and simulated phishing attacks can be repetitive or overly simplistic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 helps businesses with cybersecurity awareness training to reduce the risk of human error leading to data breaches, meet compliance requirements, manage cybersecurity with limited IT resources, and adapt to evolving cyber threats.
Very pleased with Knowbe4, lots of options
What do you like best about the product?
There are several options, some of which can be created creatively, like the policy option. It collects lots of data that can be easily exported. Before using this platform, we used GoPhish, which was way more limited. Lots of automation, really saves time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't personally found any major downside apart from the reporting feature. It would have benefited us a lot to have more options when creating custom reports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running phishing simulations, targeting specific groups of users, enrolling users in training, and much more. Most of the things I'm described can be done manually, but the knowbe4 platform lets you do everything with a few clicks (once you set up everything). This makes it possible to run campaigns more frequently.

What do you like best about the product?
The KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is an excellent way to improve corporate security awareness. I liked the materials they provide, as in my past experience the security trainings was always a bit of pain, but I were able even to learn something new about topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I was both user and administrator of the platform I think that their admin panel can have more features to make it easier on a scale. I had to manually remove employees from training after their leftovers and write script for personalised notifications in slack to remind about training as platform haven't give me this tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scale security awareness in the company, provide great materials for training and good enough user experience on a platform to make it less painful for employees.
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to configure and roll out training content, good reporting functionality. Extensive database of content to select from covering the essential areas of security.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure what to say here; there's not much I can fault. The last content I saw had a small error where the subdomain was changed and not the domain name that a bad actor would typicaly do as it is easier to spin up a fake site than hack the real site and load a fake page on it, that was unfortunate but I guess it still brought across the correct message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assist in reminding clients to constantly be aware and check for signs of something malicious.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 provides us with relevant materials that we will use in our LMS for proper end-user training. Default setups of the tool do not limit us, but we can create it precisely according to our wishes and the current threat landscape. Next to that KnowBe4 also provides us with materials we can use to comply to Risk and Compliancy regulations.
What do you dislike about the product?
KnowBe4 offers lots of materials, making it sometimes harder to find the latest and the most significant subject you need in their database. There is so much to choose from, and a pitfall for KnowBe4 to have everything up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The threat landscape is pretty extensive. As such, we can't create this kind of content ourselves in an economical way.
It would just make it costly to do so. Therefore we have selected a partner with experience in the field who can create this content. The problem they solve is not unique to our company; they can also resell the content to other parties. As such, the creation process is much cheaper.

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to test our team members with email campaigns and then be able to provide remedial training for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that for some reason KnowBe4 will report that some users had click and opened the urls in the test message when they did not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue is getting users to understand their email and not to click anything in the email if they don't know who it is from
A complete package for security awareness
What do you like best about the product?
A huge collection of security trainings to select from, options to choose based on the type and duration of the training suiting the needs. Save the GRC Team a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a dislike, but if there is a possibility of customizing the trainings and allow them to make them more company branded. It would be a great asset to have for building trainings.
