What do you like best about the product?
A vast library of topics are available. Various forms of media, like videos are games make learning more enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more content directed at our industry
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that users are educated about modern cyber threats.
With the training from KnowBe4, users are able to identify threats more often and we are safer because that.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use, integrates well with many APIs, and has excellent support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing is linked to a single domain. This makes it difficult if you're a company that acquires others and inherits their email domain. There are ways to work around this within the platform but it can be cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps train the last line of defense in cyber security, which is the user base. Helps bring awareness to simple tools that can prevent catostrophic issues if malware is introduced.

What do you like best about the product?
it's quick and reviews important security principles that all employees should be aware of. Reports are easy for tracking employee compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides really. The training is a bit basic for IT staff but is the correct level for general staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is reinforcing what users should be aware of for IT security, especially spam and phishing.

What do you like best about the product?
Videos are quick and very to the point. Easy to access, requires a test at the end to pass.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the videos are very basic. Some end users complained about how "easy" they were.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping users with phishing emails and teaching them not to click/enter there email/passwords.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to setup and not overly time consuming for the end user to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs to be paired with Security Coach to be effective immediately, the end user has no idea what they've done initially to receive the training, so no immediate corrective action is given.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making our end users more cautious and alert to phishing emails and bad actors.

What do you like best about the product?
Knowbe4 makes it very easy to keep track of your users phishing tests and provides easy reporting for clickers. It is also easy to configure and set up phishing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lack of quality training modules at the base tier. Would like to see more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many of our users do not deal with security threats often and having them understand how attacks try to get them to give up information is very helpful for them.

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization appreciates the clarity and duration of most of the content. It was intuitive to get setup and information related to our internal customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that their integrations with SSO providers allowed for more information Sharing. It would be nice to see groups in SSO brought over into the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem we were dealing with was user engagement. Stock training is sometimes very repetitive and lacks quality and polish. After engaging with KnowBe4, we have users at all levels looking forward to the training.

The real world examples that are put into the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Administration on the back end can be a bit cumbersome as it requires some care and feeding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scammers are getting more and more bold every day. It helps education our user base on common phishing strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
Knowbe4 gives the user the possibility to do the training at any moment. Now, KnowBe4 has added a mobile application, which is a good feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system hasn´t fixed the problems with the actual scope of users who opened the emails. This is a problem because we don´t know how many users opened the emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system allowed us to train our users with excellent content. The different options for preparing the users are excellent. But with some content, we have problems with the translations. Our company has quarters in LA, and we work in Brazil too. Much of that content has a delay with the translations. We need to have the material translated.
