KnowBe4 admin
What do you like best about the product?
I am an admin for Knowbe4 for a school district. I enjoy the different types of training that is offered. The phising emails also look very legitimate and work well with identifying employees who are weak with network security.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the layout of the admin console was a little easier to navigate. I'm not fan of the tabs being on top of more tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping our staff be aware of phising scams, suspicious emails. and overall security of their email accounts.
Great Experience with KnowBe4
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of choices to present to the users. TV-style, cartoons, games, newsletters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some topics, such as IoT, are not adequately covered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps in developing a cultural mindset such that employees are more consistently aware of cyber security issues.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training helps me keep up with today's ever-changing IT/OT Cyber landscape. The training is easy to do and very informative.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to using KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This training re-enforces the methods, ideas, do's and do nots of IT security - this is what my IT department is preaching to me also. This training is allowing me to by a very productive working because I know what security pitfalls to avoid.
Comprehensive security training is great!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are fairly short training videos to watch, in order to learn more about what one might encounter as far as cyber threats and scams. There seems to be current information presented from year to year.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I'm not crazy about is having to take the assessments. The wording on some of the questions is a bit confusing. I sometimes felt like I had to decypher the question and answer choices, then I could choose the correct answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is helping to solve the problem of staff members becoming vulnerable by clicking on links without thinking or replying to emails that are scams but they don't think about them before replying. It has helped our staff members be more aware and thoughtful as they interact digitally.
Great Training Platform
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how easy it is to navigate through the portal, and it is relatively user-friendly. Training is effortless to take on this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't an option to add just a single user to the training while setting up a training. There is only an option to add a group to the training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowb4 has been very helpful to us as we cannot train users on security due to being a small IT team. Knowb4 does that job for us and helps us educate almost 800 people in our organization to get trained on how to identify security threats.
Intuitve phishing platform for any company, any size!
What do you like best about the product?
Knowbe4 has an excellent platform for delivering our phishing needs, with various options to get us to our training goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features could be better for their platform. You can customize prebuilt reports that they made but I would like to get more granular than that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Out users have a lack of general knowledge when it comes to phishing emails and how dangerous they can be. Knowbe4 does a great job showing real-world examples to them and following up with training to those who may still need it.
Concise and interactive training
What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best about the training was that it was concise and interactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing I disliked about the KB4 training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training our user base on current phishing, vishing, whaling, etc. techniques that malicious actors are employing thru email and phone calls.
Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Haven't used much of anything training solution out there, but KnowBe4 was very easy to use for the admin side for IT and for Staff to use and access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding a single person to training. for example. There is an IT group training, and you want someone from HR group to take it to; you can't just add that one person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have the problem of Staff not knowing the difference between a real email and what is fake. The training shows them how to spot fake emails, what to do, and what can happen if clicking or replying.
Great UI and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has highly customizable and brandable email, notification templates and certificates. It also has guided implementation that provides stepwise instructions mapped to specific dates that help achieve goals. The training content is robust and is based on the latest threat landscape.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find any specific downsides of using KnowBe4 for Security Awareness Training. For branding options, the logo upload did not go as smooth due to specific pixel size requirement which is very tiny and I wish there were more options for Certificate format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in educating end users of various technological skills about phishing attacks by simulated phishing emails. It helps in Policy acknowledement. It helps in enhancing security awareness various trainings, quizzes, security awareness newsletters and scam of the week newsletters.
Absolutely worth the price
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me keep my 900+ users up to date and educated on the latest trends and threats they may see in their emails
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not have any dislikes. It does everything I need it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One interface gives me a full view of my users and how susceptible they are to falling for a Phishing email.
