Great way of cutting down on clickthrus!
What do you like best about the product?
Depending on the settings for the phishing emails, it can be very easy to tell the difference between a test email and an actual phishing attempt or can be extremely difficult to tell the difference. In truth, I actually did click a link on one of the phishing test emails! Also the reporting and training options are top notch and can be configured in many different ways, including separate email difficulty levels for different groups of people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I came into a fully implemented setup of KnowBe4 and it is taking a little time to understand all of the options and how to set everything up properly. I am in regular contact with KnowBe4 support and they are helping me through some of the more esoteric settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in the medical field and the industry standard on clickthrus is 5.4% but I am proud to say that in our business we achieved 0.8%! That is an almost unheard and shows what the training can do for any organization if used properly.

What do you like best about the product?
Trainings are very interactive. Company is always adding new things to improve product. Being able to add your own trainings and SCORM content is very useful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nicer if you can assign trainings to individual users, instead of having to multiple groups. You can create an empty group, then wait for the training to start and add in singluar users, but it would be helpful to do that from the start. For any trainings that you upload manually, you have to watch the video in it's entirety before it will be approved for upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is giving users a way to send in phishing attempts. This allows IT to investigate the email, and if connected to MIcrosoft 365, it will remove the messages from other users mailboxes which is very useful.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best was the information on how scammers can get into a network and bring it down. I was shocked it was that easy and what they could do to a company or even and individual's computer system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the presenter was a little dry and had to keep my attention. I understand it's cybersecurity and boring, but to keep people's attention, change the presenter. Someone who has a little excitement about the subject and can bring that excitement to the audience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a training program that shares and teaches the risk of opening links that come from someone outside of the company but makes it look like it is by changing a letter or adding a unique character to trick the user. It keeps our company systems protected and patient information away from hackers.
Fantastic Product and Support
What do you like best about the product?
There are all types of training for all types of situations. They are constantly adding content and their customer and technical support is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to slightly modify quiz questions/answers or add quizzes to videos without an additional cost.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the training videos that KnowBe4 has. From everything to posters, to quizzes, to security mini-series! They have so much to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everything has a quiz at the end. I am always fearful that people will just skip through and not complete their training. I try hard to find the best videos for them, but only they can help themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the beginning they did not have executive reports. In the past couple of months they have come out with executive reports.

Very easy to find training materials, create a monthly training class, and to send to users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's not enough new training courses available. I would like more password courses, more internet use courses

What do you like best about the product?
Infinitely customizable, integrates with M365 so we never have to touch it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The different subscription levels for SAT content can be somplicated sometimes.

Our users are much more vigilant with suspicious emails.

Not really a dislike, it will be a good thing to offer certification in all these security trainigs.

The materials are easy to comprehend.
We've found KnowBe4 to be a solid product with great support

It's pretty straightforward to use, has great how to articles and a walk through process and has great account support for any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of - it is a great product. The only improvement I could think of would be reducing the price!
