Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
There is variety in the content and it is well done. We've primarily used the phishing campaigns so far to identify users who require additional training.
What do you dislike about the product?
We could have used more hands-on onboarding and setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User awareness and vulnerability.
One Stop Shop for Security and Compliance Training
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has enabled us to advance our security and compliance training in a very short amount of time. The security related content is robust and engaging. We recently used several courses for a refresher training campaign and it was the first time in my career that employees reached out to share how much they liked the content. In particular, we appreciate the practical and appropriate use of humor to keep learners engaged for the duration of the videos and courses. Above all, I appreciate that KnowBe4 is consistently investing in releasing new content and updating existing content on a variety of topics. Because you can also license Compliance Plus content, we now have a single resource for all of our security, privacy, and compliance related training needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The content options for data privacy that a multi-national company would appreciate are somewhat slim. They do have regulation specific courses, but it would be beneficial to improve the regulation/country agnostic content. There are some courses that don't offer quiz feedback on whether or not the learner selects the correct or incorrect answer. This means the learner can not pass the quiz but have no idea which questions they answered incorrectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Noting two areas here. The first is the quality of their content. Our learners have really appreciated the content that leverages humor and the high quality production of the theatrical video courses. The second is that we now have a single resource for all of our security, privacy, and compliance training content needs.
Easy to use and good content.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly with great content. Also easily tracks everyone's progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not easy to omit users from specific training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issue of users clicking on phishing emails. The benefits are PCI Compliance and teaching users more about phishing and what can happen if they click on a phishing email.
Great Product to test your employee's security awareness.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create custom e-mail campaigns for individual users or groups of users, plus great videos for learning how to spot fake e-mails. Also, the ability to link your AD or Azure AD to KnowBe4 so users just access videos and their accounts without creating a second login and password.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity of the product, the help screens, and the tutorials need to be improved and clearer. Also updated for the on-premise e-mail servers. Step by Step procedures would be significant vs. sending you to a Microsoft KB Article.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping users be aware of how to spot fake e-mails and phishing attempts. Also, the ability to report fake e-mails and phishing attempts via an add-on button inside Outlook.
Thoughts of a sceptic
What do you like best about the product?
It is so much more than a phishing tool. It enables us to benchmark our colleagues before embarking on a campaign to educate our colleagues, and then come back to the survey to measure improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a very supportive TAM but this relies on us knowing what the product can do or having an idea of what we want. This elongates the time to get the benefits of the product. I'm not sure if you should provide formal training courses to set up and use the tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
reducing the number of colleagues responding to BEC, meaning less input from our service desk colleague to respolve issues created by clicking on links in emails etc.

gives the users the opportunity to know what type of emails and other things to look for when watching for malicous activity

needs to send out more training material for our users so that they can keep up with the ever changing ways bad actors are trying to get onto our computers

making sure our users not click on emails that they should not be. better awareness for our users,
Easy to Understand
What do you like best about the product?
The content is relevant and does not leave employees in the dark about their responsibilities regarding data security.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if the videos were more customized based on industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data security is a real concern for our organization, and KnowBe4 keeps our employees mindful of and educated about the risks.
Top of class for Security Awareness Training and active phishing campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
KB4 does a great job of keeping the training relevant and current. The quarterly mandatory training has been very successful in the adoption rate, and we attribute this to the interface and the content being applicable in business and their personal lives.
What do you dislike about the product?
There haven't been many things we dislike about the platform. Some may argue price, but we have had other platforms at a lower price point, but you get what you pay for. Night and day difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowbe4 has allowed us to use one platform for compliance. We utilized the platform for law enforcement, courts, and IT for CJIS training. Before that, we had (2) systems to handle formal security awareness training and a state platform for CJIS SA training. It also has raised user awareness and the importance of diligently protecting our data and minimizing the County's risk.
Great for creating user awareness
What do you like best about the product?
Knowbe4 has many training modules you can prompt users to complete if they click on one of the simulated phishing emails sent out during a campaign. This is nice since you can target different training modules to other users depending on the infraction.
What do you dislike about the product?
The online user and admin consoles could be a little more streamlined. Some things are difficult to find, and setting up some campaigns can be difficult if you are not used to the layout. That said, they provide excellent customer support and training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for conducting simulated phishing attacks on our users via email. It is excellent as it lets us see who clicked on what and allows us to assign a training module or conduct an in-person intervention with the user involved.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy, well developed and encourages learning

I have not come across anything I dislike about the training. Real scenarios that encourage end to end particiaption
