Very useful for tracking and the trainings are valuable to our organization!
What do you like best about the product?
It has all of the key areas needed to train our organization in Security Awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing we dislike and everyting is working well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making the Staff more aware of specific Security issues that they need to pay attention too for our environment to remain as secure as possible.
Simple yep effective training for staff.
What do you like best about the product?
The management interface is easy to use and we are now easily able to track detailed progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product itself is expensive, but necessary to help prevent mistakes from end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End users are always the biggest and most difficult security issue to resolve. Having them complete the training, keeps the information from of mind and proves to us they have been trained.
A Much Needed Step up to Cyber Training
What do you like best about the product?
I like the analytics that is offered with the platform and the fact that i can take care of Cyber training and other departmental trainings as well such as HR, Legal and Finance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more options to separte users once they are provisioned into the system and not have to rely on what is in RBACL. It would be useful to be able able to update the information in-house and they separate within KnowBe4.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing knowledge about Cyber related issues and conditioning our Human Firewall. Any person IT person knows that your network is only as strong as the users who understand security concepts. KnowBe4 is allowing us to bring that knowledge to every user in the company and level up their game.
Great Training
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we are able to send simulated phising emails to users, and apply training to users for fall for these emails. I see this aas a huge benifit to our company and allows for easy training for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not had any major complaints about the program or it's training process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowed for the easy deployment and tracking of cyber security training within our company. This has greatly increased the amount of users to report actual phising emails and be less likely to fall for legitimate phising attempts.
Very impressed with all aspects of this product
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of building and creating custom phishing templates is great. The dashboard and reporting is easy to use and very informative as is the ability to download reports that are needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything we've found so far that I dislike at all. The only improvement would be to be able to actually upload graphics into the template instead of having to use a link to an image. We were able to do that in the old MP product. Outside of that, it's a fantastic product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was worried of finding a product we liked as well as our MP product we had that was acquired by KnowBe4. Fast forward, I can't believe we didn't move to KB4 earlier. It's great in building out custom phishing and to me that really matters for targeted phishing attempts.
There really isn't a better product out there
What do you like best about the product?
I think the tool itself it intuitive, easy to use, and contains a great amount of content that makes it perfect for generating any number of options that fit the needs of the business you are running it within.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be a very specific style of training that is provided, such as the type of content that is available. I also wish there was more training surrounding the individual templates and how to better utilze them to get a more individualistic experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a number of things that my company benefits from while using KB4. Most notably, it assist in obtaining the apporiate cyber security insurance for the company. It also helps with EU style training to ensure compliance throughout our enterprise. Finally, it provides a much needed training benefit to our end users, empowering them to be the front line of defence for the company.
Spot on and relevant training with an easy to use admin console.
What do you like best about the product?
The training is done in a way that can keep the users attention and still get the point across to the end user. With the graphics and the large variety of training, from videos to interactive training, there is a set of training for any need available. If you wanted, you can even print a poster to post on the wall in the breakroom or common areas. The phishing campaigns are updated to stay relevant and go along with the newsletters for the full training sweet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have none to report on now. I have had in the past had issues with sending the emails to the users and having the attachments be an issue, but that is more of a Mimecast policy we had to update after the initial setup with the static IP's so before sending out an attachment campaign, triple check the policies if you have any sandboxing bypass policies in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to educate our users to look for emails that may be malicious as the training shows the reinforced steps to screen an email. The training also has gone to show the users to look past the display name on the email as to who it is from,

Learned awareness
What do you like best about the product?
Very informative and easy to understand. Many different levels of awareness to be lerned and its laid out perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unaware of anything I didn't like. I would say alot of emails if I had to pick something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We deal with alot of aggresive cusotmers and have a very shady clientele. i have learned hot to help my staff as well as myslef.
Security is important, often underestimated
What do you like best about the product?
The primary priorites of our team is to have accessible information supporteed by a platform that allows you to move ahaad at speed with high trust.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have made the description of the various types of training more clear early on. Might have taken more detailed interest early on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vulnerabilities/minimum skill and sensitivity level to external threats.
